Trying to reschedule another appointment at a convenient time for us proved to be difficult so I sought out an alternative repair company and found Houston Appliance Repair. They were able to schedule something the next day in a late afternoon time slot which worked for us. We received an email from them once their technician was en route and also received a phone call shortly thereafter indicating an ETA. The technician arrived and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Shortly afterwards, we received an email with the attached invoice summarizing the work. All in all, a positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have called them five times over the two week period to have someone come out again. i have had two promises to call me back after looking up my repair ticket, voice mails, transfers to another line that never get picked up, calls that never get answered at all. They are super responsive initially, but disappear when the job needs to be revisited. Now I'll have to pay another service fee to another company to come out and fix the job they didn't do properly. I've given them every opportunity to make this right and I feel leaving a bad review is my only recourse.
