Initially what drove me to this company was their outstanding reviews. Well, they exceeded 5 stars with me. I called to schedule service on my sub zero fridge and lg washer. I was using them as my "second opinion" company because I had already had someone out and didn't trust their $2000 quote to repair my appliances. At the time of service neither the owner or the technician knew that someone had already been to my house to diagnose. Both appliances were assessed and the tech presented me with a bill for $365 for the total job. Washer repair was going to cost me $300 and my $8,000 fridge was only going to cost me the service fee of $65. WHAT!!!! He explained that something was loose on the fridge causing it to make the noise. He fixed it for the diagnostics fee and that was it. They could have taken my money, but they were honest. The things written on the web are definitely accurate They are a one of a kind company. Very honest and trustworthy and you will love talking with Jennifer, the owner. My washer overflowed in May and flooded the floor. I was not sure if it was the washer or a problem for a plumber. From the first call with Jennifer to figure out what I needed to Walter making the repair, customer service was excellent. I was given an accurate estimate. Walter arrived, showed me what the problem was, & quickly made the repair. He also answered other questions I had concerning other appliances & possible maintenance needs. The charge was very reasonable. I have since spoken with Jennifer about future needs regarding upkeep & repair of multiple appliances? I am confident that the cost for this will be reasonable & fair and I am sure that Walter will provide good service and info about options, if needed, when I am able to schedule for this. They performed satisfactory work on my dryer and extended its life for a fraction of the cost of a new dryer. I sat with the tech as he diagnosed the problem, which was a broken sensor for igniting the gas. I could verify what the tech was telling me. The part had to be ordered, but within 2 days, my dryer was back up and running for under $200. One never knows what the problem could be until it's investigated, but in this case, a fix was better than the purchase of a new dryer. read more

I called spoke with Jennifer "Jen" who was instantly a Smile through the phone. She was very helpful and instantly wanted to solve my issue with my refrigerator going out. Within less than two hours she had someone out, to check it. Turns out, the compressor went bad, which; was consistent with the research we did online. The company called me so quickly after placing my request online that I hadn't even had a chance to close out the browser. They were able to schedule an appointment for me for the next day, which was also Christmas Eve. I had just had a leak in my attic and used A LOT of towels soaking up water so I really needed my washing machine. Good experience. I was impressed that I received a call on Thanksgiving to set up the appointment to install a microwave over the range in a tight space in a condo unit.
