The Autozone girl told her to absolutely not do it, it would 'ruin' her car and that her stepdad was being a 'life ruiner' by recommending the same action the life ruiner had it taken to a mechanic and ding ding ding... computer AND Autozone error. They accepted his exchange even though the package was opened (exchanged it for a previously opened package; must be an easily confused headlight!) and the transaction was swift. I was planning to install the light myself after I got home, but the manager offered to do it for me. I also had some license plate bulbs out too. The Autozone I usually go to in Clinton Twp was never this friendly or offered this service. I had no idea, they did all that. Napa is open to the public. I don't know why, but apparently most people don't realize you can…read morepick up your automotive parts here just like any other place. Napa is far superior to the other parts places you see on every other street corner . First I find that they are way more knowledgeable than most part suppliers. They also have better quality products and more stock. Several instances I have needed parts I was told at other places they needed to order, or go to the dealer for, and Napa had then on hand. They really are awesome. This location has a great group of employees. They have always been helpful and will remember you if you call up asking questions before you come in. I will say that you may find their price can be a little bit more then other places on some items but the quality is there . It's not highway robbery to pay a few bucks extra for supply that's on hand. If you are in need of repairs or replacement parts why not give them a shot.
