Not because they cant if all because they have agreements and contracts not too. They will send you back to dealer. When they did program fobs its was 1/3 the cost of what it is at car dealer. They will cut Key blanks at nearly 1/5 the cost of what the dealer would charge even though they cut them for the dealers.
