Don't use George Alarm! They don't come and fix their equipment when it doesn't work nor do they take it back when you are fed up with them. They keep charging you for the months they are too lazy to come. When you refuse to pay they will send it to collections and eight months since you have received anything from them, you will get a collections letter for $200 more than the original bill! read more

I wish I didn't have to five any stars! George Alarm has the crappiest Customer Service, and everything is so damn unprpfessional! I haven't been receiving actual service from them since Oct 2015, and they keep charging me even though NOBODY EVER calls me back to answer any questions I have or anything. When you pay the bill, it take forever for then to actually push the payment through! They are the worst! I will NEVER go with a locally owned company for ANYTHING again!!!! read more
