Kathy had absolutely no problems accepting it for the paid value and made me feel comfortable using it. She also gave me all the extras she gives first time clients: a free pair of winkies eyewear and a generously sized free sample of a lotion. This salon has a million money saving offers: good packages with rollover minutes if you get out early, a half priced day each week, and a rewards program every time you purchase tanning. The back rooms are a tight squeeze, but they are decorated in a Tiki-style and have different Carribbean island names on each door, it's adorable! They offer two levels of tanning in all stand up beds. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel super comfortable in the atmosphere you tan--I have yet to meet such nice staff anywhere else!

She was very helpful in explaining the different beds, products, levels of tanning, etc. They had a great special going on so I was able to get a great package deal. She clearly knows what she's doing and explains everything so you know what's happening. She's based out of Lenore Rae Salon on Oaklawn Avenue, takes time to assess how dark you should go, and customizes the tan so it looks more natural (i.e., goes darker or lighter on your body based on how the sun would normally hit you. I couldn't be happier with the results! I am naturally very pale and Tracy gave me a beautiful light-ish tan that will keep me from blinding people when I break out the shorts and sun dresses! (Note: I specifically asked to stay on the lighter side since I don't tan well naturally, but she can go as dark as you want).
