Very clean, friendly staff, excellent tanning products. A little pricey but most definitely worth it and they frequently run discount package specials. I've tried many different places and the quality of beds and bulbs far surpasses the overpriced junk I've seen. It's also very clean which I've also come to find as a rarity at other places I've tried. I will continue to make the drive and spend my money here because nowhere else comes close. read more

Paid $40 for a tan I did not get any results going into the Italian 33plus dollar bed at all and I'm Italian. ..

I go here almost every day during the summer- the girls behind the counter are awesome super friendly, love them! Management is a different story...for example he closed the store for a few days with no warning, didn't even tell the employees. Also the lotions are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced, FYI you can get the same exact ones on amazon for less than half the price. Overall very clean, good place to tan. read more

The new management is wonderful! Very tentative and they are turning this place around for the better. I recently used the level 4 bed and the bulbs are awesome and gave me SO MUCH color. This place is so clean and it really makes my 20 minute ride there worth it. Highly recommend! All the girls there are so friendly and helpful, so hard to find now. read more

I have been going here off and on for about 3 years now. And I have to say I love it! It is always clean, and quiet. And there is hardly ever a wait for a bed. The packages can get pricey. But they are moderately priced compared to other places in the area. read more

The place has turned ownership outstanding!! the the young lady that now owns it, has came in with a wrecking ball and overhauled the whole place. I am a return customer and I cannot believe how the place has changed .the young lady is always there she's always sanitizing the beds, she's always making sure it's clean, she's vacuuming the floor she's not there just pushing buttons or chatting on a cell phone, she's following proper protocol how to take care of a tanning salon by constantly keeping it moving due to the fact of the high volume of customers that now flows through the door as I stated above she is sanitizing the beds after every use she also repaired all the h v a c which is the ductwork that properly disposes the hot air out of the building she has the lowest prices around always running low deals on upgrading your tanning package depending on what level you're at she constantly sends out mass text messages after you accept the tearms and agreements and trust me you don't want to miss her deals because they're the best ones I have seen in years also has top-of-the-line lotions very excellent beds if you live in Franklin Mass this is the place you want to be to get a tan the place is epic I never thought I'd come back because of the Old owner but when I found out there was a new owner that's when I walked in the door they welcome you with open arms it's a very warming place and the best part the owner is there everyday to a certain time there's not enough words in the dictionary that I could have explain how I feel .all I can say to the new owner thank you .for having my wife and I being a customer one of the best tanning salons in Franklin Mass read more

I agree with the most recent post! I have been a customer at this tanning salon in the past. I recently started tanning more frequently using the Level 3 Bed in order to get that nice bronze for my honeymoon! During my first visit, I noticed that the place was filthy. The chair in the Level 3 room is all ripped and it looks like someone colored it in with sharpie marker. The trash can was absolutely disgusting! I am so surprised the health department is not called. There is all stuck gum with saliva, old lotion packages, and eye covers all stuck to the bottom of the trash can. This is so gross! Maybe they should use trash bags or maybe they just don't want to spend the money for them. There was dried lotion all around the door handles. Before I left, I told the girl at the front desk that the place was a mess and she said she would look into it! I went back for the second visit, then I noticed the bulbs were burnt out and blackened! The bed was dirty with dry sweat or some type of bodily fluid. Now I see why I got no color!! It looks like they don't want to spend the money to replace the bulbs. I will never come back here again!! Extremely disappointed :( read more

First time going there last night- the girl working the counter was so nice and helpful. The bed I tried was the level 3. I didn't burn at all- I usually don't. But I got just what I wanted- a little color to perk me up and not b burnt. Great quality beds for the money- I paid just as much for a lower quality bed in Framingham. Highly recommend this place!! read more

SCAMMERS!!!!They jack up the price and then offer a discount so you are really not getting a break at all. This came from a former employee I met. Also, I signed up for a package that was supposed to be $50. They added in a tanning lotion before swiping my card. When I saw my receipt was $100 they said their policy was that you can't return lotions. I didn't want it anyway!!!!! I was and am pissed but will use up my tans and be done. No more!!! read more

I signed up a month ago for a one month level 3 pass. My first visit I was shocked by the filth on the floors. I said to myself it will get vacuumed tonight. A couple days later still the same. In fact I noticed dried gum in the carpet. I continued to go for the month since I paid for it. This week was my last week and unfortunately the carpets are still the same (it doesn't cost much to use a vacuum and get gum remover) but it got worse, I now have a fungus infection on my shoulder blades and the heels of my feet and elbows where it touches the bed. The bed was NOT cleaned properly before I used it. Not sure how many other people are suffering from what I'm going through. I had used tanorma a few years ago and it was nice, updated and cleaned. Now it's gone down hill. I won't be going back. I went tanning to get a base color before my trip, now I leave in the morning with batches that are burning, itchy and painful. read more

I have been going here for a few years and never had an issue except the cost is always very expensive! As of this year the place has gone down the tubes ..beds broken .. lamps out in the booths and not fixed for weeks . In May I purchased the most expensive package ad I have for 3 yrs for 30 day unlimited and I used it twice and the bed broke .. its July 17 and it's still broken !!! I have asked for my money back because there is no intention of fixing the bed clearly and the owner will not respond even though I know he has received my multiple messages! And the best part is the owner is still selling packages for the broken bed to this day! The only stand up that gave you color that is a level lower has had 9 bulbs broken for weeks .. it's filthy dirty .. when you get in the level 3 standup abs close the door .. the door that has lamps to tan the back of you has so much filth and hair that the bulbs can not even work properly ! The same owner just shut down his Tanorama salon in Walpole with no notice to employees or customers and had continued to sell packages until the day before he shut it down! Dishonest.. bad business practices.. I recommend that no one but anything wise from this place .. the owner clearly has lost all interest in providing good customer service and that was clear as day to me when I went to another salon and was so impressed by all it had to offer read more

Signed up with a 10 session package in the level 4 bed for $165.00. During my 2nd session I noticed that 6 of the bulbs were almost burnt out and 2 were completely out. Told the "Manager" about it before I left, and asked her to credit me a session and replace the bulbs. Obviously it's not fair to pay that much $$ and have us use a bed that's not operating at 100%. She called me the next day and said she spoke to her boss and they would address the bulbs and credit me one session, and I thought that was fair. So far, I have not been credited a session back and the bulbs (2 weeks later) are still out. I was lied to, and that is that!! When I confronted her she informed me she didn't know what was going on and that she had tanned in that bed 2 days prior and didn't notice if they were fixed. Isn't that the managers job?! I mean come on!! Again, I was lied to and totally blown off by this "Manager". I decided to go to the Foxboro store because she said they have the "BEST" bed there. Well, Foxboro's level 4 bed had 6 bulbs that were completely OUT! What kind of scam are they running in their stores? Overcharge for beds that WE pay for, only to find out that they don't change their bulbs when they go out??!!! When the bulbs start to go, you replace them! PERIOD! I wouldn't have wrote this review if I had been treated like a customer who had just dropped 249$ for 10 sessions and a bottle of lotion. My concerns were totally ignored and I would advise anyone to stay clear of ALL of their salons, as they are clearly overpriced at 30$ a session, OMG!!!, and they don't care about quality control. read more

I've used tanning lotions for 5 years now and would consider myself an "experienced" tanner. However, for a big event / vacation I prefer to get a spray tan just get a longer lasting tan. I've been to this Tanorama multiple times to get spray tans and only once have I been satisfied. The tans usually come out uneven / freckly, however this time drew the line. I went in at night right after I exfoliated in a shower, I did all the proper steps to prepare for a tan (I've been tanning for 5 years, let's not forget, so I know how to be best prepared for a tan). I wore loose clothes, to make sure the tan would stay in place, but the next morning I woke up completely normal. No tan. I didn't even have splotches or freckles. Pissed because I wasted $29, I called that morning where I was told the "boss" will call me later. Many hours went by, I didn't receive my call, so I had my mother call who asked to speak with this "boss" Who REFUSED to give a refund and said quote "It was because of the humidity" REALLY??? HUMIDITY?? Thanks bud, I'll never be returning again!! Glad you're spraying all your customers with water and charging $29 for it! read more
