We went to their location in Lomita where we sat with an overly done up, chubby woman. First off, she kept asking unimportant questions like my age (bish what does it matter???) and if I got a return last year (this is a different year different situation so what does it matter??) None of my previous preparers have asked such non sense. Also, she kept directing the questions solely at me and didn't even bother to ask if my spouse and I are would be filing together - which we would be. She looked over my documents ONLY didn't even ask for his and said I would owe taxes. What made us walk out and leave this dump is when she said my taxes would need to be paid on the day that I file. No, it actually doesn't have to be. I owed taxes the year before last when I filed single and I DID NOT have to pay my taxes same day. As long and the government gets their money the will work out a payment plan with you inexperienced dumb bish. This place absolutely sucks! read more
