Schedule an appointment, and they'll have you waiting. Appointment time was 4pm. It is now 4:45pm waiting in my car because Miguel is having breakfast. The lady at the front desk is totally clueless and rude!!! Their business cards say free consults, and she says they charge 75$ consults. Then tells me if I brought paperwork they sent when they never sent anything. She also said you need an appointment, but there were people without appointments which I saw on their clipboard. But I did have an appointment so it didn't matter. He told one of the officers in my corp to go in alone? Even though I was part of the corp as well. Anyway he rushed the whole thing like 2 minutes explaining super quick. My partner said he was lost and felt super rushed. He told him choose what's better for you. You're the tax consultant/ expert shouldn't you be giving me advice. Horrible customer service. I was willing to pay whatever as long as you walked my company, and I through the process. I left helpless, stressed and clueless. Thank God I found a gem tax consultant who walked us through a free consult with business advice, and is now our forever tax preparer. Guys there are better tax services out there!! DO NOT COME HERE! In response to the owner: this isn't fraudulent review. I even have pictures where we were waiting outside. No need to post fake reviews for what gain. I don't own a tax business. All I was searching for was a reputable tax person. Obviously the front desk lady that barely knows English was nice to you. You're her boss. Maybe try looking into training her some customer service skills before coming at me like that instead of apologizing. She obviously was lying when she told us you were eating breakfast at 4pm, and charge $75 for consults. And we waited over 45min after our appointment at 4pm. Not a welcoming business at all. In fact I found them quite rude and unprofessional. My partner and I came in wearing our N95 masks and asked for notary service. The notary came out all upset pointing outside saying that only one person is allowed in the entire business at a time and one of us had to wait in the car. I don't know how this person goes grocery shopping but whatever. Then they acted super suspicious and rude to my business partner- this was just a business doc nothing out of the ordinary but it took an inquisition to get it notarized. After the service they advised "Cash only" and no receipt for service...shady. I would not go back. read more

I didn't want to give this company one star but after charging me $450 to complete and e-file my business taxes, I did my own follow up with the IRS and found that my taxes hadn't been received for California. They told me that since this was my first time filing, the law states the tax information has to be mailed. This is information I would expect a tax professional to know. I contacted Fanny via email twice to discuss a partial refund considering I had to send in the documentation on my own but have yet to receive a response. Fanny is a nice person but business is business and if you aren't familiar with a particular service, you shouldn't offer it or charge top dollar. Would not recommend. read more

So I was sitting in the parking lot of CVS across the street googling notary offices. I happen to look up and see this business. I thought- why not-- I'm basically there. My sister and I walked in and were greeted immediately. Miguel is our guy!! If I had to choose one word to describe him it would be Meticulous. Its unfortunate that peoples true colors come out when there is an issue. I had my taxes done here for many years with no complaints. I recently received a tax assessment from the Franchise Tax Board stating I owed for my 2014 taxes. Since Fanny had completed my taxes I of course went to her to see what it could be. They said they did their part in reporting the income and I should check with my 401K company because the assessment was from an early withdrawal. I called the Franchise Tax Service and my 401K company and both advised me that this extra penalty was something my professional tax preparer should have advised me on. I go to a tax professional because I am not versed in tax laws and want to ensure that all my filings are correct so I can avoid getting notices saying I owe money. They should have, as a "professional preparer", advised me of the extra withdrawal penalty so I could have handled it then and not have an assesment now with interest owed. They have refused to take any responsibility and have even chastised me in email because I kept asking them for answers when both the state and my 401K company said this was a clear miss by my preparer. read more
