I was having a hard time getting in contact with my regular tax accountant so I opted to seek out Miguel. His team did an amazing job working with me on my taxes. I filed my taxes at 2ServiceU for the first time yesterday and I will be coming back! Dulce entered in my basic info then moved me to Fanny's office where she took the time to explain my W-2, tax deductions, etc. The other place I used to go to in Long Beach had a different system-drop off your taxes, and pick them up- very impersonal and uninformative. Everyone at 2ServiceU is friendly and straightforward. My boyfriend needs to do his taxes as well and his are much more complicated than mine. I will be referring him to 2ServiceU. Came to get a paper notarized for a trip I am taking with my wife and son. We paid for the notary and Miguel charged us more than he said the price of the notary would be. I was in a rush so I really didn't notice the charge on my debit card till I got home. I went to the passport office and was turned away. Miguel had forgotten to stamp his seal. He had one job. Stamp your seal. I had to reschedule the passport appointment and returned to Miguels office for the notary seal. Since i was here I asked about the extra fee for the notary and was informed its an extra fee they can charge for there "service". The extra fee can be anything they decide to charge they said Don't come here. UPS provides better service. Go to them. Go anywhere else. read more

I needed the document faxed and they faxed it for me; I needed it printed, and they did that, too. I'm considering availing of their tax services also, though I've always filed my taxes myself. Above and beyond is what I would say to describe the experience I have every time I walk in to meet Miguel for tax services, healthcare, and all my extra questions. I received amazing service for an extremely affordable price and I will never go anywhere else again. I recommend this business because it is a struggle to find the right tax agent and I want everyone to have the same experience I did. In 2015, Miguel fixed a major tax issue I had due to my prior agent botching my tax return. Later in the year, I unexpectedly had two extreme medical issues and he registered me to receive affordable health coverage immediately. This saved my life because I was going through a physical injury and breathing complications simultaneously. Horrible!!!! DO NOT do your taxes here. I had to pay 90$ yo have someone who Did NOT know what they were doing file my taxes. I received a letter from the IRS went back and had to pay 30$ for a mistake they made. Horrible service. The stubby girl has major attitude and they were of no help what so ever.
