She is professional, ethical and takes the time to prepare your tax documents in an efficient, yet thorough manner. Formerly known as All State Tax, I will never go anywhere else. They make tax time easy and break down the complicated tax terms in words that I understand. My mother and I have had this Allstate complete our taxes for over a decade. NO MORE. I don't know what happened to Sonia and her team, but the new CEO Linda, and her team are NOT tax professionals. I submitted my forms this morning, after making contact last week; and received an email basically saying, in short, "[They] are not prepared to provide [tax consultant] support at this time." I don't know when they may be prepared to provide such support, but I would think tax season would be the prime season. (I guess I was wrong.) I was not given any referrals by Linda or her team, or any additional assistance, aside from a "Good luck with your taxes this year." Aside from this being a huge inconvenience (given that no one else has ever prepared my taxes, and we're a month out from April 15), I am disappointed that I've been so loyal to this branch for them only to dismiss me in such an unprofessional manner. You're better off doing your taxes on your own if you're able to, or going to actual tax professions. This aint it! read more

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and as friendly as they come around tax season. They're worth the fee for for filling trouble-free taxes. My only complaint is they're a little slow on appointment times. I came in on time for my appointment and waited 30 minutes before they took me. Still, I've waited longer, and for worse things. I've been going here for the past 7 years, always had a nice tax return, and never had any issues filing. read more

This tax agency is top shelf and first class; especially with Dave Muckley's persona, professionalism, and positive approach to those who file. If you have a problem, Dave will take time to discuss it (short or long term) AND he will not give you the impression that it's a lost cause. Most of the staff is friendly, but Dave stands above the rest. The great thing is that he is a tried and tested "Enlisted Agent" (EA), one who is authorized to present the facts true to form when the IRS doesn't totally understand. Let's just face it; each Agency has it's "go-to-guy" and Dave is the man at Allstate Tax Service. Keep up the exceptional work. read more
