She asked me about my hair and actually took everything I told her into consideration. My hair took longer than management expected and even when they asked her multiple times if she would be done so she could take another client she didn't start rushing to finish my hair which I appreciate. It's horrible feeling when you try to get a service and they rush you out just to get another client done. I will suggest that maybe there be an option for clients to choose a longer appointment time especially for those of us who have longer and thicker hair. Overall the experience was good and my service was Kendra was SPECTACULAR! I loved my hair and it looked great in preparation for my birthday. I will definitely come again to see Kendra.

When I arrived, my stylist, Stephanie, recommended doing a base color instead of highlights alone, so I agreed, and we did both. After she rinsed me, Stephanie had the front desk employee apply my toner. It was not applied to the back of my head, and it was left on far too long. I had to walk over to Stephanie, who was with another client, to tell her it needed to come off. The front desk employee then rinsed it out. Once it was washed, my hair looked orange. Stephanie tried to correct it, and after the next wash my hair looked purple. The manager then stepped in and corrected the color with a darker base on top and a treatment. By the end I had been in the salon from 11 a.m. until about 6 p.m., and I never got my trim. I had a headache, and I now also have neck pain from sitting there for so long. I left the salon with wet hair and a treatment still on that I had to leave in overnight. When I asked about the employee who applied my toner, the manager told me she was an assistant operating under the salon's license. I would expect color services to be done by a licensed professional. I do like how my hair looks now, and I appreciate the manager stepping in to fix it. But a routine appointment became a full day, and I did not get the service I booked. I still have to go somewhere else for my trim, because I will not be returning.

Also the AC was blasting which is a huge pro given that everyone is blow drying and make it the place hot. The sweet receptionist told me a stylist called out sick that's why they were backed up. But that story didn't make sense since I received a text at 5:30 asking me to come in early. I wish I could walk out but unfortunately I need my hair done tonight. Fortunately because of the inconvenience they did offer to do the blow out for free. I am grateful for that, but it doesn't change or fix the inconvenience of being late to my event tonight.

Popped in and said hi to the owners and got pricing etc. They made first great impressions -nice, clean, big , pretty space. Owners are genuine and friendly. She did a great job-wash, blow dry and a bit of flat iron-perfect! They use nice quality products and sell them too. They don't use alot of oil in your hair which is great because I hate when places use too much oil to try to coverup a bad blow dry. Johanna is super gentle and careful with the blow dryer which is also very important. Price was really good too...Overall it has been a great experience.
