Swamp Tour, Tabasco Museum, Jungle Gardens, Baton Rouge's Zoo, Cajun Dome (for concerts), and the place have been friendly & pleasant. The resort has pools, a dog park, golf cart rentals, cabins, a well-stocked store and their customer service, in the office & at the bar, are amazing. Professional and friendly staff. The work-out area is adequate. All areas are well maintained and provide a relaxing environment. Every store, restaurant and other necessary utilities are all within a very reasonable distant from the resort. Great value for their price point. Highly recommend 5 out of 5!! Our picnic table was literally on top of the neighbor's sewer hose. (See picture) This is the older area to the park, I believe the newer section has more room.
