Classes are set up to build on each other and can be for any athletic level, with modifications for each exercise to make it easier or harder and to assist with any injuries. They provide a weekly informative brief prior at the beginning of your session to help educate you on when you are not in bootcamp. Assessments are provided to help track your progress or to develop an attack plan. Detric and Brittany provide a fun environment where everyone wants to push themselves just a little harder. "Mind over matter", "Time of intention" "Short amount of time" The group setting is very helpful to provide encouragement and accountability. Highly recommended!!!!

Julie, within ONE SESSION, saw what was going on...chronic stress and trauma...and she provided compassion and realistic aid. I have been charged late fees for no reason since I started. I have two forms of payment on file,…read moreand I was charged for the membership and the late fee for no reason. The manager has not called me back to fix this even after I have asked for support. I started April 2026, was charged the annual fee, late fees, and membership. Every month they say something is wrong with my payment but they collect it late and charge me. Noone called to fix this or help refund the fees.

I do not recommend this gym. First, not enough weight equipment. They have too many cardio…read moreequipment and too few machines. One would assume they cater to seniors. Second, their service is poor at best. I've been going to this gym for 4 months or more. And when I went to that gym, I had my bag with me all of those times. I work out 4 times per week. No one ever said to me that I had to lock up my bag until recently. So in 4 months, no word. Then the employee told me that I had to put my bag away in the middle of my work out and I couldn't do it after I finished on that one machine. They have signs everywhere about cell phone usage, Wi-Fi, wipe your machines down, etc but no sign about bags. I've been to better Planet Fitness than this. And least the ones who believe their customers are importan enough to treat them respectfully. Go to Ironbound Gym or Colonial Iron Gym. Colonial Iron is my favorite. I only changed due to the distance.

He continuously pushes your limits and is very knowledgeable regarding health and overall fitness. He has a vast experience behind him (MMA, Marathons etc.) Maggie is a great work out partner and both are extraordinary people that always have extremely positive energy. The new location of the gym is easily accessible and is growing day by day. I recommend it highly. If you are looking for a gym that has many different elements than the same old weight machines then this is a place for you. If you are just thinking of getting into shape or are a hard core gym rat, this is the place you should check out. Great people, great facility and great atmosphere.
