Bottom line: I wouldn't trust them unless I saw the watch myself as their listing practices are sketchy/dishonest. They canceled two sales in a row. Both times they told eBay I'd asked to cancel. I hadn't. Then they told me there was a "defect" and they needed to cancel (this was clearly untrue). I do t know why they didn't just admit to me they didn't have the watch any more - perhaps it has to do with eBay reputation. But their dishonesty cost me a lot of time and hassle that could have been avoided. I'm not out any money, just really annoyed.

Rafael provides excellent customer service with diligence, thoroughness and a clear understanding of watches of all kinds. He tells you upfront what he can do for sure and what he may be able to do once he opens the watches. My fix was rather simple this time around -- I was in and out in 25 min. Now I know where to go to fix my other watches, or get them appraised, or consider splurging on a Rolex :) He's open on Saturdays! His shop is on 3rd Ave (which turns to Coral Way) next to Vintage Liquors and 2 blocks south of Moshi Moshi. Small parking on site and street parking as well.

I ended up buying several Rolexs in between then to keep relationship going but have not been sold exactly what i truly want and makes me happy ...and ive been very clear GMT on jubilee ..is what i want and is a grail watch.Out of curiosity I walked into another AD locally and bam in 7 days they called me for my two tone GMT ii on jubilee with no purchase history and no relationship....didnt have a 24 year relationship and countless watch purchases with them, then few days later get another call for Skydweller on jubilee ... both watches were purchased immediately and experience was great and didnt feel like a number...meanwhile Im waiting years for a GMT ii two tone and any gmt stainless models on jubilleee that were requested YEARs ago at Kirks. I guess this is the new way how to treat customer of over 24 years... I am so disappointed in what Kirks has become to there longtime customers ... it went from personalable relationship with Julian and Michele giving me stories and hanging out drinking coffee talking about Italy and calling me for watches to being an average customer assigned to a sales associate as if I was a walk in...that you have to call/text and beg for a rolex and spend your hard earned money.today I was called for a datejust on jubilee that came in ref 126333 that i asked for as i was told to give a few watches on wish list just in case I cant get what i want..( should had taken that as a hint im not getting what i want and not give addtional watches to wish list) again a basic watch that easy to get to and anyone can walk in to any AD and get...i have had over 10 of these datejust in my 20s ... im 47 now ...kinda of entry level when it comes to Rolex collecting ...to never being called for what you really want..gmt ,daytona, skydweller , land dweller, presidential ... keep in mind all these years waiting prices are drastically being raised why you buy other stuff thats not on your priority list by thousands ...I had to say No for the first time as Im tired of playing this bait and switch game and buying filler watches to keep a relationship. Im so disappointed... looks like after all these years im going to have to switch ADs not by choice but by Kirks new ways of doing business.
