Leave my car and they tell me they'll run a diagnostic test and call me with an update, 1pm and no update so I call them and buddy on the phone tells me "okay now that I'm aware I'll go ahead and check your car out". Basically my car was just sitting there for no reason and finally at 4pm when I go to pick it up, all they did was check my battery. Took my car to a different shop the next day and got my checked and alternator fixed, ready to roll.

After a long enjoyable birthday weekend, I woke up to a flat tire. So, here we find ourselves in North Miami at an Air bnb having to call a tow truck with AAA and have a headache of a morning. Luckily the tow truck came pretty quickly. AAA had already located Piper Automotive on the phone that was an approved AAA business, so I had it sent there. While I was at work, Luis called and texted me updating me on what needed to be done and what didn't, which was a huge help. We ended up needing the 2 brand new front tires, which was expected. However, we also ended up needing to plug the right back tire due to having a tiny nail inside. We also asked for an alignment because it's a must when you get new tires. In the end, Piper was able to receive the car before 11am and fix everything by 5pm. They close at 5pm, but they stayed available for me to pick up my car at until 630pm, which was such a huge help. Besides the overall cost being a little more than expected, the experience went smooth, quality seems good and I'd recommend them.

It would have been nice for them to offer me to come by and pick it up but they said they could get me a good deal with the battery because of my AAA membership. Little did I know they still hit me with a $130 fee for "diagnostic" even though I didn't ask for one. They also tried to sell me on additional issues that may creep up in the future, but everyone does that so no big knock there. The staff was friendly enough and they were quick, so that's something. But you can definitely find better value than here.

I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I walked in here and met Alex and Javier who were absolute godsends. Alex came out to my car who gave me a quick and correct diagnosis, ordered the part (when he said he could have it in stock in 45 minutes, it was literally 45 minutes - mind blowing!) Javier then hooked me up with a local mechanic who made time for me that day (also mind-blowing) and sent me on my way (literally about 8 blocks away). Javier even arranged it so my radiator would be sent there. about an hour later my car was fixed and had the wonderful experience of meeting the amazing people. They let me stay in their shop offering great hospitality as I had nowhere to go. If I could offer 6 stars I would. Needless to say if I am ever in the Hialeah area again I will definitely be stopping in to say hello. What a wonder bunch of people and amazing company and customer service!!! I decided to bring my truck to GAW despite negative reviews. This is a busy shop so don't expect…read morework completed at a blink of an eye. My 2003 Dodge RAM 2500 5.9 Diesel was leaking oil. My apologies in advance for leaving oil puddles on driveways throughout Miami. Met Willy of GAW on Wednesday, January 25th and explained situation with leak. My assumption was that oil was coming from in-between engine and tranny. Willy was honest from the start and stated it would take a few days. Explained it was my daily driver so he told me... let me see what we can do. Received a call about mid day with great news. The oil was actually coming down the engine from the valve covers. Long story short had to replace valve cover gasket, rocker housing gasket, and the crank case breather. Clean the hell out of my engine while providing updates via text including attached pictures. My overall experience at this shop was excellence and will be returning back. Thank You GAW for providing sound customer support. Forgot to include out the door by Thursday, January 26th mid day!
