Our 3 hr unguided trip had to be changed to a 2 hr guided trip only when I called two days prior to check on the trail conditions. We otherwise would have shown up the morning of with that surprise. So you can imagine the pricing had to change too, which required a lot of discussions. They do not allow refunds (even when they can't deliver what you signed up and paid for)- only allow reschedules which doesn't work well if you are visiting. The trail was great, however, we were only on the snowmobiles for 1:30 hours, or two hours.

We used the two man kayak and it's not like a canoe. It's a blow up that nice and hard, you will still get your bootie wet but not as wet as if you were doing the tubes.
