Mr. Grant Trampes provided us with an overview of the potential foundation leak that was causing the problem and alternative solutions. We were impressed by the presentation and approved the estimate. The crew went right to work stripping the room, carpet and walls around the leak. They set up equipment to dry the area completely. Mr. Trampes isolated the problem area and prepared a thorough report with photos for our insurance company. He also recommended a contractor to restore the room once the foundation was sealed.
