This shop is awesome! I love that they ship to me. Recently I was super busy and putting off replenishing my much needed emerge stash and Jimmy cane through with a note and promotion just in time. I thought I might not get my package in time before travel but he shipped immediately (without notice of my travel) and sent me photo (attached) shortly after my order to let me see what he was sending me. And I forgot to take a pic of my actual package but it was filled with more samples than pictured and perfect for my taste and needs. Great customer service and Jimmy is not pushy at all. I cannot say enough about Jimmy and his knowledge on everything in his store, let alone his helpfulness. I could write a short story about it. He is by far one of THE most knowledgeable and kind and understanding people I have ever met at/in a supplement/nutrition store. For years I had no idea what to eat or ingest for my cardio or weight lifting needs and just floundered, and he actually guided me through it to find what works. He honestly enjoys what he does is a great communicator. He ships to me in Redmond, OR and is "Johnny-on-the-spot" about it so I don't ever run out or will let me know if he will be out and when it can ship. He takes the time to sit and talk about diet and nutrition and what supplements work with whatever it is his customers are trying to accomplish, and of course what won't work. I have never had someone want to do that before and actually care about what goes on with his customers so they are getting the best for what they need and actually wanting to know what their goals are.
