They also sell individual herbs, and you can choose the types and amount you need. If you are unsure what products might work well for you, I would recommend asking a worker for advice. The woman I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about the different products, and she recommended a tincture to reduce cramps. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference it made!
