The physio therapists (Siobhan, Lori, and Jennifer) have all helped me out! I'm impressed that they are up to date on new techniques - I've even had acupuncture as a treatment for my twisted ankle. They are all professional, and great at listening to address the specific issue. What I like the most is that they're great at focusing on improving the issue, but also suggesting preventative maintenance and/or strengthening exercises so that the injury will not happen again. Jennifer was especially helpful after my motor vehicle accident and assisted with all the paperwork to ensure I could focus on getting better. I also received massage therapy treatment at the same time. It was great to have the physio and massage therapists at one clinic who were both familiar with my situation. I currently see Michelle for massage therapy - she is punctual and always inquires how much pressure to apply. I went for a bad back and whiplash from a MVA and saw Mercedes for 6 months, who was a joy of daily chat to have work on the back (which is now nicely healed up). They are very helpful to explain a lot of the insurance processes, deal directly with the insurance companies and give you notice when things on your plan change.
