Have used Nose Creek in the past with not complaints. Attended in March for relief from pain & lack of movement of my left hip. Had two sessions with a therapist then told by her that she was leaving this clinic. Was assigned to another therapist whom provided some relief from my symptoms then she advised me after two visits that she too was leaving. Neither volunteered as to the reason for leaving. I was telephoned to advise of the departure for the second therapist & provided the name of yet another person to look after me. I protested saying I was not impressed with this service & would have to think about returning or seeking another clinic. Person calling apologized but there was no follow up from management. Makes me wonder if there are issues at this clinic. Seeking another clinic. read more

Not impressed with the lack of notification of price changes. Last massage left me in excruciating pain for three days. Even when the therapist is late and ends on time yet still get charged full price. Physio's get booked solid, so you may end up sitting in between treatments as they run from client to client. read more

I would like to express my heartfelt thank you to Dan Krebs (Physical Therapist) at the Beddington Nose Creek Sport Physical Therapy Clinic. I saw Dan 7 times over the course of a 3 month period for physiotherapy intervention following 2 spine decompression surgeries earlier this year. Prior to having surgery, I had developed significant range of motion limitations, postural changes and a great deal of muscle weakness. This resulted in my inability to continue with the majority of my leisure activities. Post operatively, I was ready to start addressing the issues above and I was referred to Dan by a colleague of mine. I have been nothing but impressed with his knowledge, manual therapy skill base and friendly personality. He provided me with a very thorough home program and ensured that I was not only performing the exercises correctly but that I was progressing appropriately as time went on. I have since started to return to almost all of my previous leisure activities and also boast a better overall strength and fitness level than before surgery. I have already referred friends of mine to see Dan and will not hesitate to do so in the future. read more

I went online and booked an hour meeting for flexibility issues. Here are the problems I had with this appointment: 1) The Doctor was asking me questions surrounding my gastrointestinal system while there were other clients sitting less than a foot away from me 2) I booked an hour meeting to talk about pain in my lower back and right leg and he kept saying" Let's just look at the back today" - even though my chiropractor said they were (and are) intrinsically connected 3) This wouldn't of been so bad if he took in the entire hour to look at my back, but rather he spent 25 minutes with me before moving onto another client (who was in a bed about 2 feet away from me). 4)While he was working on this other client he accidentally was pushing chairs into my "cubicle" (delineated by a curtain). 5)I was put on a small electronic muscle machine by the receptionist of all people. She asked me "Where should i put these things". I responded "I don't know, i don't know where they are meant to go". She obviously had no training in this matter and the idea that a receptionist would be putting electrodes on my back was troubling. She also said "Here's the dial, you can turn it, then you will feel something". She sounded so uninformed that another person working there stepped in to clarify what this machine did. I sat on the machine for 30 minutes (even though i asked for an hour consultation). 6) 20 minutes into our meeting the receptionist came up to the Doctor telling him another client was here. 6)The place was relatively dirty, all the cushions for physio were ripped and stained, and all the dumbells and foam supports where grimy. A really horrible experience. I will be going to a physio therapist that listens, keep their practice clean, and grants some confidentiality to their clients from other clients. Bye bye read more

I actually came across Rebecca when she worked at a downtown hotel spa. I had called there to book an appointment with her but they informed me she no longer worked there. So what did I do next? I googled her, and found her here at Nose Creek Sports Physical therapy! Rebecca's technique is unparalleled; she has almost a sixth sense, knowing exactly where your problem areas are and using a magical combination of pressure and technique to relieve the tension in your muscles. What I love about Rebecca is that she really customizes your treatment, from Thai massage to hot stones; she does what she thinks it's necessary to help you. I'm extremely tight in my shoulders and neck, and she had no issue breaking out the heating pad & hot stones, incorporating them into my session to help loosen up my muscles. Don't be shocked either if she gets right up on your massage table digs into those tightly knotted muscles, because she will, making her one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Prices are reasonable, $90 for 60 minutes. Nose Creek Sports Therapy also directs bills your insurance provider if you so wish. Don't expect some luxury spa, it's a clinic, but the massage room is neat and tidy. I don't need all the spa amenities, I care about the quality and skill of a masseuse. I raved about Rebecca when she worked at a fancy spa, I still rave about her now that she works here at this sports therapy clinic. I'm so glad I tracked her down and found her here, I'll be a regular for as long as Rebecca works there. Also the clinic has no tip function on their debit/credit terminal, so if you wish to leave Rebecca a tip, please bring cash. She doesn't post it anywhere that it's cash only for tips because she doesn't want anyone to feel obligated, but I believe tipping is a reflection of exemplary service which she provides every time! read more

I've had been to a couple different sport physical therapy clinics before and this one has easy reached the top of my list. Overall the entire clinic ranks friendly, and highly trained in many injuries and problems people may need to seek a professional in. I initially went after I fully ruptured my achilles tendon, I saw another clinic and the physiotherapist I saw couldn't adapt treatment to my need and my level of activity. Robert Holmes of nose creek sport physical therapy was just the guy I needed. He understood my situation and created a program that worked. And when I didn't respond he was good at adjusting it ( which is easily the best feature you want in a physiotherpist). In addition unlike some clinics some of the training for exercises and recovery techniques were taught by the lower staff and assistants under the charge the main physiotherapist. Robert however stood by me and even performed exercises he made in my program. I had a great time to be honest. His staff are great and scheduling was easy. Eventually I went ahead and even tried a massage from Rebecca and it was another great experience. Alot of positive to be had. If I had one problem it would have to be the time when Robert's rates for physical therapy raised by 20 dollars mid way through my overall treatment plan. That hurt cause I had to pay out of pocket for my treatments. I wish they could have kept it the same when I first began treatment with him. read more
