However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified. According to Acura's Master Technician: 1. One of the struts is leaking oil, and the leak is clearly not recent. The component is covered with dirt and grime that has accumulated over time, indicating that the failure existed long before the vehicle was sold to me. The technician estimates that the leak has likely been present for at least six months to a year. 2. A suspension bushing is completely torn and deteriorated. According to the technician's assessment, this level of damage could not have developed within the three months since I purchased the vehicle. It is consistent with wear and deterioration that existed prior to the sale. In addition, I later discovered documentation related to previous repairs and vehicle conditions that were never disclosed or explained to me during the purchase process. My primary concern is not that the vehicle is used. My concern is that significant suspension and safety-related issues appear to have existed before the sale and were not disclosed. Buyers deserve complete and transparent information about the actual condition of the vehicles they are purchasing, especially when it involves components that directly affect safety, ride quality, and vehicle handling. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what occurred, I cannot recommend this dealership. I believe honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of known vehicle conditions are essential to maintaining customer trust and conducting business fairly.

I had to get a diesel, crew cab truck. When you have a tight budget that's not a broad category to mine. I spent several weeks shopping both private sellers and dealers in three different counties. That was after I spent months researching what I needed in terms of space and power. I set a limit and set forth. After going all the way to a dealer next to the airport I was done shopping. A private seller had what I was looking for except the truck needed tires and had the dreaded Ford 6 liter diesel. I checked Gibson's website one last time while eating lunch and a truck caught my eye. It's close so I headed on out. I get to Gibson Truck World and meet a young guy named Ian. He seems like a nice guy and and we head off to look at the target vehicle. Ian and I drive a few trucks and he's completely honest about what he does and doesn't know about each one. Refreshing. I make a choice and then I meet one of the managers, Mike. The truck isn't flashy but it's what I need and the price is great. I'm buying and older truck so it's As-Is, no warranty. It comes with the territory. Mike and Ian are super cool and completely no pressure in their approach. We reach a deal and I meet Yves, the owner. Another nice guy! This whole experience has been head and shoulders above every other experience in this process. Roll forward to today. I notice a leak coming from the engine. Not a little leak either. I've bought this truck as is so I'm a little freaked out. I call and set up an appointment to take a look. Turns out there's a few problems and they need taken care of quickly. I'm in a pinch. No warranty and I need this done cheaply. After about 30 minutes of conversation Mike, Ian and Yves decide that customer service is more important than the exact wording of the purchase contract. They were under zero obligation to do anything for a no warranty truck yet they came through big for me on the repairs. That's real customer service! I've bought a lot vehicles through the years but I've never had a dealer retroactively give me a warranty of any kind. You want a big truck then you want to go to Gibson Truck World. They saved this poor sap! p.s. Their competitors across the street, Nations, literally laughed in my face when I told them what I was looking for. Not cool. Avoid!

A day or two went by and I noticed the cover for the tow package was missing. Not a big deal. I text my salesman no response. Went to dealership and the manager said he would look for one. No promises, I understood this. I waited a few days no call or text from my salesman. He receives 2.5 stars for his lack of follow through. Here is the biggest one. After 2 weeks of having the certified Armada platinum the battery died while at the gym. I emailed them about how the battery died, their response was it falls understood normal wear and tear. I just felt if a vehicle has received the code of certified the handle should not have fallen off and the battery should not have failed within 2 weeks.

I then went to the waiting area and began reading a book. By 11:10 a.m., I had not received any update on the status of my vehicle, so I asked an employee at the checkout counter. She went to speak with someone in the service department, who then came out and informed me that my vehicle would be the next one brought in for service. He apologized and explained that they were running behind. At that point, I asked that my vehicle be brought around because I no longer wished to wait. My time is valuable, and I had already been there well beyond the estimated service time. I understand that unexpected delays occur, and I have no issue with the fact that your service department was backed up. What I do find unacceptable is that no one made any effort to keep me informed. A simple update explaining the delay would have demonstrated respect for my time and allowed me to decide whether I wanted to continue waiting. This is not the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bill Ray Nissan. Keeping customers informed of significant delays should be standard operating procedure. The oil change business is highly competitive, and customer communication is one of the small details that builds loyalty--or loses it. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be having my future oil changes performed elsewhere.

During the application process, the staff entered my information incorrectly. They entered my middle name and last name wrong and submitted the application without properly double-checking the information we provided. Because of their mistake, my credit was flagged for fraud, leaving us to deal with discrepancies with the banks and credit bureaus that should never have happened. What made this even worse was how they handled the situation when we brought the mistake to their attention. Instead of acknowledging the error, taking responsibility, and trying to correct the problem or de-escalate the situation, they became argumentative. Three or four men came out and told us to leave the property and threatened to call the police. We came there ready to buy a vehicle. A dealership making a mistake with someone's personal and financial information is serious, and the appropriate response should be to own the mistake and help fix it, not become confrontational and remove the customer from the property. Extremely poor attention to detail, extremely poor handling of our information, and extremely poor customer service. We left having to deal with a major credit issue caused by their own error.

The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner.
