He was able to get my part (16 year old car) and make the fix in UNDER 24 hours! This is a huge deal to me as I have to street park at night in a high traffic part of town. As if that wasn't good enough, he also came directly to me so I didn't need to miss work! Wally is a life saver! I found this company from another auto window repair owner I reached out to. He referred me directly to Wally for this particular job. Wally took my call immediately, was able to diagnose the issue via a video I sent him, and accurately quote me on the phone. This as opposed to my mechanic who told me it would be $225 for diagnosis alone and a likely two day repair. Wally's service was not much more than my mechanic's price, and it was done in half the time. He works honestly, efficiently, and his communication was great through the short process. If you are looking to find a specialist, do yourself a favor - reach out to Wally. He will save you time, effort, and stress at a very affordable price. All the best to you, Wally! THANK YOU!

I spoke with Wally, who provided excellent customer service right from the start. Not only was his price the most reasonable, but he also came out to me in El Cajon, saving me the hassle of taking my car in. He stayed in touch the entire time, and had my window (on a 2022 Corolla with sensors!) repaired in just 45 minutes. The quality of work was top-notch and done with care. I'll definitely be using Wally for any future auto glass needs--including for the vehicles at my agency. Highly recommend Gold Stars Auto Glass for honest pricing, convenience, and great service!

I don't even know where to begin…read more I've had a cracked windshield for a few months that I've been putting off repairing. I work down the street from this location and decided to just walk over for a quote. I walked up and met Daniel, and he was super helpful. I intended to only get a quote, but he said he could do it and have it ready in the same day in a few hours. On top of all that. His quote was way less than most, and that put my mind at ease too. I will say that just because his quote was less, doesn't mean the service or work was cheap. The windshield turned out great and is 100% functioning properly (I have one of those lane departure features). Just amazing from start to finish. I went in randomly with out the expectations of getting my windshield fixed, but left completely satisfied for an amazing price and stellar service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a windshield repair or replacement.

They were more than happy to let me use the waiting area the entire time. Ryan made sure the air conditioning was cranked up for me--and I know it was for me because nobody else was in there. He offered me cold water and sodas, and when lunchtime came around, he refused to take no for an answer when he invited me to join them. I initially tried to decline because I wasn't very hungry, but in my own culture, it is considered rude to refuse a meal while your host is eating. Our cultures come from the same part of the world, and the food was very much like something I would be served at my own family's table so i gladly accepted. I mention this because it speaks volumes about the kind of people I was giving my business to. They genuinely care about their customers in a way you don't experience very often, and I appreciated the hell outta of it. My Tesla isn't the easiest vehicle to work on but these guys went above and beyond, treating my car as though it were their own. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and it is easy to understand why they are always busy. They have for sure earned all of my future auto glass and tinting business, as well as that of my family. Thank you, Ryan for making it such a great experience. You guys rock!
