Another car was there so he worked with both at the same time. The service was fast. I think it was like 20 minutes. I only had a small chip, but the rock didn't do as much damage and didn't penetrate it through far enough. He simply just put something there so that the small thin lines don't crack and spread and filled in the half way chip in. The chip looks the same, I mean its not completely gone or anything. It's still there, but at least it wont spread/crack more which is fine with me. He did let me know if the crack spreads or anything, to come back and he'll fix it. He was pretty chill. To find this location, well, it was hard. The only way I found him was because there was reserved parking with a green sign. The little building/house doesn't have a sign or anything but I think he said he was working on it since he did have some but they got messed up. Its literally right in the entrance to your left. I was getting quotes from other locations and they charge like $69 and would probably do the same job as this guy. This guy charges $40.00 so I got a pretty good deal. I would recommend this place. Its cheaper and its the same type of repair as the others.

Once he was there he was very effective and efficient and the quality of service was exceptional and he came with a smile and a great attitude. If ever there's a time when I need my windshield repaired again or replaced I am definitely going through these guys. It was so good that I've already began to tell people who don't even need a windshield repair replaced about him. Telling them if they know anybody and to tell their friends as well this is the place to go if you ever need a windshield taking care of. He did a great job in a timely fashion, leaving us with the rest of the day to do as we wanted to do. I was told the car was "like brand new" and that everything looked good. Fast-forward about two months later, something did not feel right with the vehicle, so I brought it back in. This second experience was very different. I later learned that some of the recommended items for the 15,000-mile service were not completed. When I questioned this, I was told that if something does not need to be addressed, they do not perform it. My concern is that I paid for the full 15,000-mile service and expected it to be completed according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Had those items been properly addressed the first time, I may not have needed to return so soon and pay again to have issues corrected. It left me feeling cheated and disappointed. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit I was told my car would be ready in about an hour and a half and that I would receive a call once the work was completed. After waiting more than four hours without any update, I finally had to call myself, only to find out that nothing had been done to my vehicle aside from the brake fluid flush... a service I had already paid for just two months ago and expected to have been completed properly at that time. Finding out now that it apparently was not done correctly is seriously unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall handling of the situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have owned two other Infiniti vehicles in the past and always had smooth experiences at their previous location. Unfortunately, since moving to the new location, the level of service and trust has noticeably declined. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
