He was able to get my part (16 year old car) and make the fix in UNDER 24 hours! This is a huge deal to me as I have to street park at night in a high traffic part of town. As if that wasn't good enough, he also came directly to me so I didn't need to miss work! Wally is a life saver! I found this company from another auto window repair owner I reached out to. He referred me directly to Wally for this particular job. Wally took my call immediately, was able to diagnose the issue via a video I sent him, and accurately quote me on the phone. This as opposed to my mechanic who told me it would be $225 for diagnosis alone and a likely two day repair. Wally's service was not much more than my mechanic's price, and it was done in half the time. He works honestly, efficiently, and his communication was great through the short process. If you are looking to find a specialist, do yourself a favor - reach out to Wally. He will save you time, effort, and stress at a very affordable price. All the best to you, Wally! THANK YOU!

He offered me cold water and sodas, and when lunchtime came around, he refused to take no for an answer when he invited me to join them. I initially tried to decline because I wasn't very hungry, but in my own culture, it is considered rude to refuse a meal while your host is eating. Our cultures come from the same part of the world, and the food was very much like something I would be served at my own family's table so i gladly accepted. I mention this because it speaks volumes about the kind of people I was giving my business to.
