This location has consistently lied about their availability of services for more than a year now…read more They just turned away an easy service even though they had no customers in their parking lot or waiting room, claiming to be booked solid and unable to take a walk in. There was NO ONE THERE. This is after lying about access to state inspections on weekends and other more complex services being unavailable. They have lost a customer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Yesterday I stopped by to make an appointment and they were able to take meright in,, which is unusual because they are usually very busy. So, my car was inspected, including the rust proofing and tire wear, and I was out of there in about thirty minutes. Just a great group of folks to do business with.

Things went well until I drove away. I think there are new scratches on my rims but I can't prove that so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have photographed all four wheels prior to the work. The biggest problem was that the tires were not inflated properly. I got warnings right away that three of the four tires had low pressure. To me this is a very basic requirement when replacing tires. All 4 should be inflated to the proper pressure. I feel like this is a very basic service that they neglected to do.

I'm shocked to see that they had bay bad reviews…read more I have been going here since about 2016. Its a family owned business. I have had conversations with both the father and son, John. They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

When I asked for a breakdown of the bill, he said $200 for labor & $1500 for parts. I then told him that I would need an itemized bill for the parts. He in turn started to say that he does not do that & that I would not get the same price for parts that he does. He proceeded to turn the cost around and say it was for a warranty. I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. If you have ever or plan on ever doing business here, please make sure obtain an itemized bill for everything!
