I tried contacting the business but did not receive a callback, email response, or any follow-up communication. As a pet owner, communication is very important to me, especially when trusting someone with my dogs. Based on my experience, I was unable to schedule services because I could not get a response. I hope they improve their customer communication in the future.

Which can lead to jealousy issues (with me). Jokes aside, this is someone I absolutely trust. She always checks in with me, sends pics, and treats my 'pups' like royalty. I've used her services for many years now, as have my parents. I trust her implicitly. For perspective, my first two pups died of Parvo 11 years ago. I became a very protective dog owner since and did my best to make sure these boys and girl would be as safe as possible. Now they are growing grey doggy beards and on medication for their joints, but otherwise happy, cute and content. To have someone like Jenna available to care for them when I'm gone has allowed me to travel with my parents and be at peace. And I don't trust just anyone. You couldn't find a better dog sitter honestly. She has a natural affinity with dogs and the dogs realize it quickly...they just relax around her presence. Very special person indeed.

Jordin was in the midst of a busy Spring as things were changing quickly, but she made the time and effort to get in touch, set up a meet and greet, and start cat sitting for me. I've been using her services ever since then. Jordin is super communicative and easy to work with. She has an app for contact which is great, it means all of our conversations, scheduling, invoices, etc are all in one place and there's never any confusion. I like that I can view her calendar and see which dates are available before I send a request, and double-check if I already booked ahead for any trips. She also posts updates any time they will be closed or busy holiday weekends are coming up. Her prices are reasonable, similar to what I was paying the previous sitters. Jordin's very sweet with the cats, diligent about bringing in mail, emptying the litter tray, feeding the girls and all of that. She has always followed our instructions and communicates any problems. She sends a little report at the end of each visit with photos, which is always a nice touch. I highly recommend their services.

She has been a warm source of encouragement and support throughout the puppy raising process. Most recently we trained with her in preparation for taking the AKC S.T.A.R. Renee has also been wonderfully understanding of my disability and willing to accommodate and adapt the training sessions as needed. Looking forward to training with her for years to come!

From our very first session, it was clear that Renee has a remarkable talent for connecting with dogs and understanding their unique personalities. Renee Cardoza utilized positive reinforcement techniques that made learning enjoyable for our pup and we saw remarkable progress in a very short period of time. Not only did our pup master essential commands and manners, he also became more confident and socialized. Renee provided us with valuable tips, both during our training sessions and in a follow up weekly email that included a review of our session, a review of the strategies for our "homework", and video links to illustrate the data's lesson. Impressive! Renee has empowered us to further the learning at home. We highly recommend Renee to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dog trainer!
