There is no real seating so most take it to go. We ordered tacos and a smothered burrito and all were delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quantity of food. We will be back when we crave street tacos!

Excellent street tacos and breakfast burritos. Served out of a taco truck, service was friendly and…read morereasonably quick for how popular they are. Their popularity speaks for itself. It's also situated on the west side of a liquor store, so there's shade in the morning, a few benches to settle on, and a liquor store to browse. If you want to wait in your car, then they'll give you a buzzer. In this economy, the prices were very reasonable. And given how good the food is, this is good value. The breakfast burrito is stuffed quite nicely. Plenty of potato, egg, cheese, and protein. Very good ratio too. Not too much or too little on any ingredient, like cheese or potato. We got asada and al pastor tacos. While they aren't like the greatest of all time, they were very solid. Generous portions of meat, as expected for street tacos. Al pastor has the marinade and pineapple flavor shining through nicely. The meats were prepared and cut perfectly well, which matter a lot for street tacos. Cilantro, onion, double corn tortilla... check, check, and check. Finally the salsas are awesome. Red and green. Good amount of kick to it, and fantastic flavors to put onto street tacos and burritos. Definitely check out this taco truck. I have a hard time believing that this wouldn't be in anyone's top 5 tacos in Colorado.

It literally is the best non-committal lunch spot because of its quality and extensive options on its menu. This one was no different. The roasted garlic and bacon pub burger basket? Sublime. The Reese's and Salted Caramel Concrete Mixer? Superb. Even their in-house root beer brings the best feelings out of us because it's so consistent from city to city. This place is the definition of dependable. The service was good. Are they Chik fil-A or In-N-Out where they refuse to let you have a bad experience? No. But there also not snot-nosed kids who don't give two shuts about your well-being. I'd say they fall in the middle--not going of their way to help or hurt you. And the ambiance is the same as every other location--comfy and inviting. We've always loved all the tucked away booths and tables. This dining area is big and has corners where you can distance yourself if you want more peace or major intersections if you just want to people watch. It's up to you as always. Overall, this is Another Badass Culver's (ABC) in a long list of them.

I really wanted to love this place. I adore gyro sandwiches and it seems there are never enough…read moreplaces to get an authentic one. The order process online went smoothly and the food was ready promptly. I was disappointed by the gyro and ended up not eating it. For the uninitiated, a gyro sandwich is a pita bread filled with gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, and sometimes lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The meat is made of a blend of seasoned lamb and beef meat molded around a vertical spit. The spit rotates and the outside is exposed to a heat source. As the meat broils, the chef carves off slices or chunks from the sections that have browned. Typically the gyro meat is cooked to "well done." The meat in my gyro was not browned; rather it was lighter colored and had a mealy mouthfeel. I've eaten gyros in traditional Greek restaurants and casual eateries in Chicago, Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, and now Denver, and this was the first time I've tasted the meat cooked this way. Three stars because the restaurant looked well kept and reasonably clean, the service was polite, and it's possible other people are not bothered by manner of preparation of the gyro. I also ordered a side of hummus and it was good.
