My husband picked out two fireworks priced at $104 and $109, thinking they were the same and would each qualify for the promotion. The employee never mentioned that they weren't matching items or that he wasn't actually getting the qualifying BOGO pairs. When we realized the mistake the next day, we went back hoping to acquire the matching fireworks so we could complete both BOGO sets. We weren't asking for a refund or an exchange--we were happy to spend more money. We simply wanted to get the two qualifying fireworks that should have been paired with our original purchases. The manager told us it had been too long and wouldn't honor the promotion. That was frustrating because the situation could have been avoided if the employee had pointed out the mismatch during checkout. Instead of helping us spend more money at their stand, we left feeling disappointed. We'll likely think twice before returning next year, not because of the promotion itself, but because of the lack of customer service and willingness to make a simple situation right for loyal customers.

After pulling in to the parking lot and arranging for a tow truck the employees came out to make sure we were ok. They brought out water for our little dog and continued to check on us. We were waiting in a shaded patio area for the tow, and they even offered to possibly have the owner take us in to Vegas to the dealership where the car was towed. With Covid we could not ride with the tow truck driver and the area was too remote for Uber or Lyft. Every person who stopped at the market asked if we (and our dog ) were OK. We were able to arrange transportation to LV. In closing I want to say this was best example of customer service and human kindness I have seen in a long time! Hats off to the employees and owner of this market and gas station!

Not many food/gas places after that. I was hesitant to stop at a truck stop called "Love," wondering what kind of services were offered. I was pleasantly surprised by the bright, safe feeling, well stocked store with lots of grab and go salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, lots of drink options, and sit-down for Subway and Godfather pizza. The only drawback was the soda fountain by Subway and Godfather only had sodas, no unsweet ice tea or sweetened ice tea. The second time we came, I bought bottles of unsweet tea in the store for our sandwiches. There are shower facilities with a TV screen with availability status. We stopped in the morning and afternoon, and there were mostly construction workers and other men. Everyone was well mannered. Bathrooms were clean for both times we stopped. I liked that the checkout staff would wish you "Safe travels!" Even though they say it to everyone, it was done with warmth and it was nice to have those good wishes when you are driving for hours.

That's why we are always stopping here. We have not been disappointed yet. As we pull in the lights shine brilliantly and make the darkness go away for a moment. When you drive and drive the dark is never ending! Now the light shines for miles as we drive to hope. We are getting gas and snacks. The coffee bar even in the wee hours of the morning is ready for the customers. The coffee is hot and we are getting happy caffeine vibes. This particular visit we had fresh fruit and other breakfast items. Thank you for your support for making our day begin properly . The reputation of Loves is always great and not just this local is great most are grand . We are grateful for this wonderful gift. Let's get back to the road. Here we go.
