I was being so patient with her snarky attitude until that point & then I was done! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager & that set her off even more! I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! I don't deserve to be spoken to & treated like that! If you don't want people to come in & use the coupons, then don't waste the money advertising & printing them in the paper for people to use! Her oil change before with a 2020 jeep latitude with filter and synthetic oil was around 45 bucks . Why the huge increase ???? I know they can buy oil and filers far cheaper than I can. Time to look elsewhere , she has been going there for years !!!!!!!!!
