I must continue to work as I can't get any help in this town which is ridiculous! I have been on my prescription since 2020. And I have gotten it several times in the past at Walmart. She argued with me that I could only get a 7 day supply as I haven't ever taken this medication. I told her to look again as I have been on it for 4 years. That without it it's very difficult to get out of my bed and walk. let alone work. She checked again and I guess she spoke to someone who could read my history on their computer and came back and said rudely that there were no vouchers and out of pocket would be $211. And should she just cancel it? I told her yes. She treated me like a drug addict. I got my medication pres transferred to the Walgreens on Motel and Picacho Where I was treated very well. The helpful staff found a voucher for less than $40 So I could get my medication so I could be able to go to work. They were very caring and poli at that Walgreens. As to that Walmart pharmacy, I will never go back there It's bad enough that someone in Las Cruces attacked me and stole my car and the police did absolutely nothing but to be treated like a low life by a pharmacist just because my body is broken and I must work in order to survive is horrendous Im going back home where I haven't been through so much horrible stuff.

Every single month they have problems doing their jobs. They seem to "lose" my insurance info every time I refill my prescriptions. I ordered three of my meds about a week ago. I sent my husband to go pick them up. He was told, by one of the pharmacy techs, that my meds weren't ready because of an "issue" between my insurance and my doctor. Seeing as my father in law just died, I wasn't able to find out what the problem was until today. When I was then informed that my insurances are just fine. So you mean I have been having withdrawals all week because someone at that pharmacy doesn't know how to do their damn job?!? They are lucky I didn't have a seizure because of their incompetence!! Both the meds that I was forced off of due to the ignorance of that pharmacy are not supposed to be stopped cold turkey because of the withdrawal dangers. That pharmacy needs to be seriously investigated. I could have DIED. How many other people have they done this to? How many people have gotten really sick because they didn't refill their prescriptions either??? I had a horrible experience speaking with Trey (who says he's the owner). During a phone call, he…read morerepeatedly called me "baby" and "girl" in an incredibly unprofessional way. I had called because I was frustrated that when I picked up my daughter's prescription, I specifically asked for a pharmacist consultation and was only told that she might need a snack before taking it. I later realized--five days afterward--that the medication was supposed to be refrigerated. When I called to explain that no one had mentioned this and to ask about replacing the prescription, the woman who answered transferred me to Trey without warning. He completely dismissed my concern instead of acknowledging it. I even told him that I understood it was partly my fault for not noticing the label, but also explained that it wasn't clearly visible--and that's why I had asked for the consultation in the first place. Trey said the issue was "debatable," and when I expressed frustration that he was brushing it off, he responded, "That's energy, baby. You get what you put out." That's when I lost it. I told him how wildly inappropriate it was to call me "baby," and he tried to backtrack by claiming he meant my "baby's medicine." He later referred to me as "girl" as well, which was just as disrespectful. The other employees I've interacted with here have always been kind and professional, but Trey was the complete opposite--condescending, dismissive, and inappropriate. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had.

I no longer have to wait in long lines only to be helped by impersonal service. For years Walgreens told me they were trying to get all my meds to pick up at one time. Never could accomplish it in about 7 years of promising. MVP did it in a couple of months! Highly recommend Mesilla Valley Pharmacy! And it doesn't hurt that their next to Dairy Queen!
