A week ago, my 21 yr old son, unfortunately had the horrible experience of a kidney stone. He was driving with a girlfriend and pulled over at this station, parked near the back, and called home for help because of the excruciating pain. While he was waiting for us to get there, one of your employees came out and started yelling at him, telling him to " get the hell off of your property and don't die on your watch.." I've lived here all my life, and realize that this section of town can be a bit sketchy. But my son was an A student, volunteers in his community, is at church every single Sunday, doesn't drink or do drugs, and is a fantastic person all around! He and his friend were simply trying to find a safe place to wait while help was on the way. I am the manager at a restaurant in old town... Never in my wildest dreams would I have so much disrespect for humanity, that I wouldn't check on someone who appeared to be in pain! And instead scream and yell at them to get off of our property. My son had to be taken to the ER. It was serious. Please do better. Be a better human. read more

The customer service in this store is appalling, the pierced and tattooed employees are rude disrespectful and must have to deal with a lot of vagrant issues. If it is required to have shoes and or shirt, it should be posted on the business. Instead, they rely on "common sense". Your whole entire corporation has lost a customer and I suggest nobody ever frequent Mavericks again. I absolutely love Maverik gas stations, but over the years this one is going DOWN hill fast. I have been asking for years for them to fix the locks in the women's bathroom (you cannot lock your doors shut, have to hold them) haven't fixed that in YEARS still. Went the other day to get diesel and the hose was misting diesel all over me while I pumped fuel. Went in a few days later and the soda machines are all down, and they would not serve me BREAKFAST at 9:50 am. Said they stop serving breakfast at 9:30. . I spend ALOT of money at fuel stations, and I will be avoiding this one from now on. read more

I bought a $5 value meal yesterday (chicken sandwich). The fries were hot and tasty and the meal also included McNuggets but the chicken sandwich was as flat as a pancake. I was traveling so I couldn't return to the restaurant to exchange it. read more

Gas - wide lanes and lots of pumps. Prices are competitive. Inside the convenience store- Looks updated, and has wide aisles. Lots of black coffee options, in addition to the traditional "gas station cappuccino." Tried their Coke and it wasn't great to be honest. Lots of Icee flavors as well as a make your own shake situation. Cinnabon has its own window with a "baker" attendant in the mornings. My Cinnabon was ok: not amazing -- a bit dry considering it was handed to me out of a pan but not terrible for gas station expectations. There is also a pizza window and some other hot food options, but I haven't tried them. Playground - there is a small playground out front for traveling families, and a McDs across the street. read more

This place is managed by a red head tweeker, who is obviously worried about losing her job (and rightfully so). She got irrate and refused to a bottle of wine to my boyfriend who was buying for me...they wanted my driver's license not his?? After i joked that I turned 21 40yrs ago, and my boyfriend had left to go back to the car to get my wallet, she called me belligerent and told me i had to leave or she would call the police. WHATTT????. I love this gas station....it's convenient, pricing is usually pretty good, and the food selection is great. But the service is terrible. This morning, in 30-mile-an- hour winds I couldn't get a gas receipt.....out of paper. So I have to wait 10 minutes while Cashier, Kyle, doesn't acknowledge me, respond to my request, nor say anything as I thank him for finally getting the receipt.....a tree stump would have more courtesy. Surely a manager could train employees to fill the pumps with receipt paper and expect common courtesy from cashiers. It shouldn't be this hard. read more

So... I went to maverick on my lunch break to purchase gas.  On mulberry and highway 25 in Fort Collins Colorado. The new employee failed to give me my gas pin number receipt, when I returned to my vehicle; I remembered I did not have the receipt with no  receipt at all.  I approached returning into the store. The new employee meet me in the parking lot as he must have realized he never gave me a receipt,  so as he then handed me A RECEIPT I returned to the pump when I ALSO then noticed the receipt he handed me did not include my bad pump pin to pump gas.  So... I had to come BACK into the store.  I asked for the pin receipt or just a copy of the receipt so I can pump the gas I had just paid for.  The new guy lied saying he handed it to me. Which he did NOT hand to me,  I proceeded to asked for a copy or just the pin verbally so I could pump my head and go, as I was on lunch he said he didn't know how to do it,  ( that's....a training problem not mine as a customer; I then asked for a supervisor ( the hopes of he or she resolving my issue. And three employees did not want to get her so I found the lead who also had no clue on how to generate a copy receipt. So he contacted a guy named Larry who under his breathe said a racist comment  ( which I CLEARLY HEARD ) and... was NO HELP at all after wasting more time on my lunch break someone FINALLY GOT A WOMAN  who's badge said MANAGER they told her the they did not know how to print a receipt so she came to the register, accused me of NOT paying for gas then walked away, outside and later returned.  Rudely speaking to me said she also had no idea if I really did pay,  on how to print a receipt and for me to wait 30 minutes on à POSSIBLE  refund. I expressed to her that I need my receipt or pin because I was about to be late for work.  She made several disrespectful statements and comments as if trying to upset me,  and still did not make the or any attempt to resolve the incident,  then another employee came in from outside where the employee who brought me my original partial receipt dropped it. Proving that he indeed had it and failed to voice it to me in the first place, the lie he told his boss was then verified as BS, obviously the guy has, no integrity, reliability, and the manager Autumn, she is very rude aggressive and unwilling to verify complaints and apparently very very poorly trained as she's responsible for this store location and training others.?! After receiving my receipt THAT the original new employee dropped I was walking sqrt to my car and she ( Autumn) yelled and made a statement to me not to come back. She has a toxic perspective on how to treat customers, poorly trained manager offensively deals with customers and maybe because she was embarrassed of her own, and the incompetent knowledge, integrity and skill level of her employee's created a scene as though she was hyped up on some type of DOPE , as clearly she had no front teeth and terrible breath. Unapologetic, disrespectful,  unprofessional and rude. I plan on sharing my experience NOW on ás many websites as I can at this point to help others avoid the toxicity of the druggie that run the Colorado branch of maverick fag Station here in Fort Collins Colorado,  on Mulberry and highway 24 ! Tired of subsidizing Iowa corn farmers? Mavericks has ETHANOL FREE GAS. That alone makes it worth the drive. Do you really think 10% ethanol reduces pollution in Fort Collins? How about idling when the trains stop traffic? How much does that add? Do everyone a favor and gas up at the new Mavericks just off the Interstate at Mulberry. UPDATE: feeling kind of sorry for the Iowa corn farmers since the Trump EPA exempted so many companies from using ethanol. Ok to buy the 10% ethanol if you agree! read more

Staff are rude and barged in on me in the bathroom to tell me my payment didn't go thru when they could have waited till I used the restroom. Pumps don't work unless you have an adventure card. Don't go here. read more
