Then she asked if it's for an RV. I'm thinking it's not anything they haven't done before. I asked what's the issue. She said she has cramps. What does that have to do with you doing your JOB and it's a poor excuse to treat a customer feel like they shouldn't ask you to do YOUR JOB . A fenced dog park out back--our pup got to stretch his legs and burn off some energy, which made everyone in the car happier.
