The worker was incredibly helpful and the sign out front was the coolest sign I've seen in a long time. Sort of like a sign you'd picture on route 66 but totally restored. Overall it wasn't the greatest selection but they stocked my car nicely and the worker was cool. Overall it really is more of a wine place than a beer place but I'd stop by on my way to Mesa Verde again.

Needless to say they were super busy but the very accommodating service writer was willing to have his mechanic check out our Ford truck if we were willing to wait. 4 hrs later we had a new battery & alternator & were on our way. Even the salesmen came & checked on us & asked if we needed anything. Talk about great customer service! We'd return to have our truck work on again if needed but we live in California. Thank you to ALL the Keesee Ford staff who helped us!

Called and talked to Deb in Service to make an appointment for a 2nd opinion on my Nissan Rogue CV…read moreBoot repair. She said they were booked out until August 10th, so I made an appointment for that day (I called about 2 weeks before that). She said to be there by 8:30 a.m. and to plan to leave my vehicle there all day. I arrived and was told by Robb I wasn't on the schedule. I told him that I had called and scheduled an appt at 8:30 and he said he didn't make appts at that time, only 8, 9 or 10. I was already not impressed. I already knew what was wrong, but they had to do a 'diagnostic' on it. The cost to fix was about $300 more than the first place I took it. Then I had to pay $90 for them to tell me what I already knew - that the CV boot/axle needed replaced. Seriously? I've never taken a vehicle in to a shop and paid for an estimate. And I really didn't need an appointment as originally told, because they were done within an hour. When I checked in, Robb told me I could wait two hours and then see if I needed a ride. You would think the service schedulers would know what's in the queue and have an idea of how long it would take. They went and got Deb and she said she had scheduled me in the system. Then Robb told me that she was retiring at the end of September. What difference does that make? I expect to talk to people who are competent and know what is going on. Do not bother with Keesee service dept. Complete waste of time and $90.

Don't forget to try the green chili stew or the red beans and rice as well! So cool to have a convenience store so close to home that serves awesome food daily, has almost all the necessities you'd need in a pinch and has a full selection of alcohol. Plus the staff is amazing. Don't leave without getting a piece of carrot cake!
