We literally coasted into the parking lot of Keesee Ford towing a 5th Wheel. It was Friday @ noon before Memorial Day weekend. Needless to say they were super busy but the very accommodating service writer was willing to have his mechanic check out our Ford truck if we were willing to wait. 4 hrs later we had a new battery & alternator & were on our way. Even the salesmen came & checked on us & asked if we needed anything. Talk about great customer service! We'd return to have our truck work on again if needed but we live in California. Called and talked to Deb in Service to make an appointment for a 2nd opinion on my Nissan Rogue CV Boot repair. She said they were booked out until August 10th, so I made an appointment for that day (I called about 2 weeks before that). She said to be there by 8:30 a.m. and to plan to leave my vehicle there all day. I arrived and was told by Robb I wasn't on the schedule. I told him that I had called and scheduled an appt at 8:30 and he said he didn't make appts at that time, only 8, 9 or 10. I was already not impressed. I already knew what was wrong, but they had to do a 'diagnostic' on it. The cost to fix was about $300 more than the first place I took it. Then I had to pay $90 for them to tell me what I already knew - that the CV boot/axle needed replaced. Seriously? I've never taken a vehicle in to a shop and paid for an estimate. And I really didn't need an appointment as originally told, because they were done within an hour. When I checked in, Robb told me I could wait two hours and then see if I needed a ride. You would think the service schedulers would know what's in the queue and have an idea of how long it would take. They went and got Deb and she said she had scheduled me in the system. Then Robb told me that she was retiring at the end of September. What difference does that make? I expect to talk to people who are competent and know what is going on. Do not bother with Keesee service dept. Complete waste of time and $90. read more

Sales department is incredible. Finance manager was awesome. But service is the worst service I've ever ever had a dealership in my entire life. Not only is the service writer a jerk most of the time he treats my wife like crap every time she calls. But on top of that, I told them that we needed to have recalls fixed on My had to have the truck done by Thursday morning and the specifically needed to take care of the wobble that the truck has today to see and they told me it was all torn apart and there was no way I was gonna have a back by tomorrow for my vacation. Buyers beware!!!! On October 31st we bought an Audi Q5 used, was told over and over that is was previously owned by Keesee's owners brother so kept in great condition. Was told that the service department confirmed that is was great. Not even driven for 2 months and now the motor is shot! Took to mechanic who said looks like spark plugs have never been changed and one melted off and pieces are in motor. Called Keesee and was basically told oh well not their problem. Haven't even put plates on it! Thanks Keesee what a happy new year for us! I waited a month to to get my truck into the dealership just for a diagnostic! Then they decided to take their sweet time by two more weeks just to start the repairs of an AC compresso! I was very clear that I cannot be without the vehicle for three week, since they already had it for a week! I stat the compressor was bad from the start. so after a week of nothing getting done, I picked up my truck, where they had the audacity to charge $400 in labor for diagnostic, where they supposedly drained the system and recharged it, and out of retaliation they charged the $400 labor! DONT EVER GO TO THESE CRIMINALS FOR ANYTHING!!! read more

I dropped my Ford Explorer off at Keessee for a recall item.The part Ford sent was bad and didn't work.With all the supply issues country wide another part was weeks out and we had a predetermined date to leave Cortez.Keesee found a part in the Midwest and overnighter it and had me back on the road again.They gave me a loaner car at no charge and paid for my last 2 nights at the RV park we were staying at.Matt provided service to us beyond excellant.He was professional and courteous. We broke down on a family vacation. It was found that my truck couldn't be repaired in time for us to get home because it lost a valve seat and needed a head. I bought a 2004 Silverado 2500 finished our vacation towing a camper back to Maine. Drove all the way back to Colorado to pick up my broken down truck and back to Maine. We broke down in Colorado while on vacation. Our vehicle was towed to this dealership over 3 weeks ago. We were told it would be a week. We said okay and found other transportation to get us home. And now that we are far away.. we are getting the run around. We finally talked with a shop supervisor and he said "I dunno" so many times that my head is spinning. He dunno what's wrong with it. He dunno if it's in one piece (so that we can tow it to another shop). And my favorite... He dunno what to tell us. Do not take your vehicle to this shop if you expect answers.. or if you expect to someday get your vehicle back. EVERYONE we have talked to is completely incompetent and clueless. read more

Took our truck in because it was making terrible noises under the hood. We are full time RV'ers and our truck is part of our home. I am so thankful the dealership fixed my F150 2011 truck. The service was great. Hey listen to me when I went in about my transmission. all it was to change the fluid now my truck runs wonderful. Brought my recently purchased 2014 Ford Escape to them to recover the door code. Only to find out after paying $82, they already had the code. All they had to do was put the vin# in and up pops the code in the vehicle record. They had recovered the code about 6 months previously and it was there in the paperwork in black and white. I purchased a new explorer in October and was really happy until January 4 when I took it in because of it not remote starting when it was cold and then that Friday the check engine light came on, I when straight to Keesee's and asked them to check it out,I was told that they may be able to look at it by the end of the next week? How long does it take a technical to plug in the unit and see if it is a major or minor problem and let the customer know what is going on with his two month old car! On vacation from California with major spark plug problems in our Ford Explorer SporTrac. Mark Perdue, Service Advisor, was extremely helpful in scheduling and getting our repairs done very quickly - he even had one of his mechanics work on Saturday to get us "up and running". He recommended a hotel, shuttled us back and forth a couple of times to retrieve medications from inside our truck. His employees and even his manager treated us like family. We couldn't be happier with the service and repairs. A family from Monument Valley drove all the way to Cortez for service/repair on their huge truck, so we felt we had picked the best place to be "stuck".
