So I go over the knowledge with the driver and ask him what he thinks, and if I owe him for meeting me there, the call etc and said call of course to make sure; etc, and because it was never loaded no charge!! He put my Jeep in neutral and loaded it onto his towing vehicle within literally 2 minutes. I have had other providers in previous years ask me where my tow hooks are located since I have a Grand Cherokee. Mine does not have tow hooks but allows for Jhooks to be attached to the front frame. Corey did not have to ask me how to hook up my Jeep as he knew exactly what to do. His expertise shows in how he handles himself with the customer as well as how he gets the vehicle onto the truck bed. Being towed because your vehicle won't start is never fun but C and A made it as pleasant an experience as possible. Thank you, Corey!!

Quick sweep up by owner and outta here as sun was setting. Owner has no clue how to clean up chemical spill properly. Had A REPUTABLE company complete the tow for LESS money. So, ok you did nothing to make the customer satisfied or understand what is going on in the situation at the given time, which was your responsibility, not the customer. The customer is completely helpless to you calling for the first time. How would the customer know whose name when you don't say it when politely asked? The customer was forced to guess!!!! Taking advantage of people like you did of the customer's family in that given moment - you had a choice and you choose to do what was not right. Plain and simple. It is done, you cannot go back and make light of it and accuse the customer of wrong-doing and believe you are making it better? Well you can It is your choice, but you are not free from a customer writing a review especially when they feel the disservice. Clearly people calling you are most likely having a bad day and you also take advantage of this in your actions, of their vulnerability. And as a forced customer, I am not impressed with your response in attempt to make it sound like you did the right thing when you did not. In fact, it is very icky. Very yucky. Even the last sentence of have a nice day is not honest. My final review to people If you want to be treated with respect and dignity on a bad day, definitely DO NOT go to Gateway if you can help it, there are other options.
