I didn't get the technician's name, unfortunately, but he kindly and generously walked me through the steps to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. Given the obstacles that Epson seems to place in the way of addressing product malfunctions, I was SO HAPPY to connect with a compassionate human being who was also knowledgeable and patient enough to help me fix my stuck scanner. My only regret is that I live almost 800 miles away but if you live in Sacramento and need help with an Epson product, I could not recommend Pacific Office Equipment more highly!

I wouldn't be surprised if they sell counterfeit and/or stolen inks and cartridges. They run a fishy operation in an office building. They store their printers outside exposed to exterior elements. During my visit and interaction with the owner, he displayed a terrible attitude, becoming mad and upset for me pointing things out. He even was trying to sell a boat at a copier store. Really?? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a company with a rude, disrespectful owner who doesn't even take care of the copiers/printers he sells leaving and storing them outside, then this is the perfect choice. Seing there building was enough to wonder where and how they repair and store materials. I would not spend a penny and deal with this company. It seems like majority of their customers buy online and at the same time don't really know who and where their items come from.

The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. Since it had been awhile since the printer had any routine maintenance, I made an appointment. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, took everything apart and cleaned it. Two rollers needed to be replaced, and the tray adjusted. The tray was what caused the noise in the first place. The price was what I expected. I could have saved money by taking my printer to his shop, but it's a HP600, much to heavy for me to handle.
