I would give them zero rating. I took my car there because my car was bogging and when I put it in park, it would say system fail. Make sure your emergency brakes on. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car. A month later, I took it to another Ford dealer and it was my transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. I had the extended warranty. It was rebuilt. They made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my car and I just wanted to get rid of the car. Bought a new 2024 Ford Bronco from this dealership. Found out just now that vehicle had been in an accident that was reported on a carfax prior to purchase. Accident occured on May 11 2024, purchased July 8th 2024 . The dearship presented this as a new vehicle that had not been damaged. This dealer failed to provide a carfax or notify me of said accident and damage. The vehicles value was depreciated before I even purchased it, and I was charged full value for the vehicle. I was offered only an apology. When buying a new vehicle from dealership be sure to ask if it has been involved in any accidents. The carfax says vehicle was backed into in parking lot, the dealership claims that is not what happened and a car crashed into a pole that landed near the vehicle I purchased and the dirt that was flung up damaged the bumper causing it to be scratched. read more

It's trash day weaving on and off like the slowest pylon racer.... I make it to Maverick Ford on Friday midday... Smiling service manager ...I'll get it in this afternoon, 200,300 + miles No we don't have loaner cars, No we don't have rental cars, No there is no rental company in town, I guess enterprise might come to you? No we're not open on the weekend.... We tried it once but we paid overtime and only did two oil changes it just wasn't working. The guys divert meeting in Clare and come to me. 3pm - David you need a throttle body ($90 part) I don't have one so on Monday it'll be $539. Monday at 10:30am done... and they washed it. Small town America, good friends, welcoming business with a clean warm waiting room with free coffee, and the ability to pay for an emergency statistically that many can't afford. Beyond disappointed. On July 18th I unfortunately bought a 2007 Hummer H3 as is from this dealership for around $10,800 and they delivered it to my house. When it was delivered I immediately called and spoke to my salesman and said that I can smell strong gasoline odor coming from vehicle that was not present when I test drove it in Gladwin. The delivery driver quickly said it's because he spilled a little while filling the tank. And that had all just been checked. However less than a week later the smell got worse and my fuel pump and tank needed replaced. Also within 60 days of purchasing the car my bearings and front drive shaft had to be replaced also. I understand that I bought a used as is car however I do not expect a dealership to knowingly sell something that could be dangerous. Between fuel leakage and another issue that will cause vehicle to flip, I'm lucky myself and 4 kids are not hurt. The mechanic I had to hire to replace my driveshaft said I was probably within a day or two of the drive shaft disconnecting, which would cause the vehicle to roll over, forward read over hood. My mechanic also said how they had oiled the tires so I couldn't see the dry rot. And just sprayed the undercoat to cover all the broken parts and rust. Before replacing my fuel system another mechanic who owns and works in fueling repair who has a spotless reputation called Maverick Ford and spoke with several people about how many repairs and how much money I've put into the vehicle in less than 2 months. He even sent copies of my bills. Finally the Maverick Ford replied and said to him "not our problem now it's her problem and then stated "well that's what she gets for buying a used vehicle it's a 2007 so it's old." If a zero-star was an option that is what they would get, disgusting that people won't make right when they know what they're doing is wrong. They did have me drive up once about an hour and a half away to fix my driver side mechanical mirror. They replaced a part and it didn't fix it. So I made an appointment for for another day and this was before my gas tank and fuel pump and lines were all replaced. And I ran out of gas because my fuel light came on and within 30 seconds my vehicle stalled on the expressway. I had to walk with my two young children to the next exit that had a gas station because there was no cell phone service near Gladwin. When I finally got to the gas station I had cell phone service to call my husband and my husband called the dealership stating I would be less than an hour late because of what happened I arrived 45 minutes late, so at 445 , they state open until 530 I think, and they had sent home the mechanic was supposed to install my mirror. So I'm still without a mirror and have made two trips to Gladwin for nothing. Waste of gas. They are a disgrace of the Ford name which is a dealership brand l had trust in prior to this purchase. It is partially my fault for trusting a dealership, and unfortunately I don't know a lot about vehicles however I have never had a car dealership be so deceitful and Ford dealerships have lost my trust because of Maverick Ford in Gladwin Michigan. I hope for the Ford name they look into how Maverick Ford in Gladwin is running their business, and covering up repairs that they know the vehicle needs, before it wrecks the name of the company.
