If I could give more than 5 stars - I would! After a lot of careful researching to find myself the…read morebest surgeon for my facelift, I found Dr Thompson. He came highly recommended and I had to be absolutely sure that I was in good hands since my face isn't something I could easily hide if anything were to go wrong. I've watched a lot of documentaries and shows having to do with botched procedures that has had me a bit paranoid and extremely cautious to say the least. I had three procedures done on May 31st of this year: a forehead reduction, a blepharoplasty (to get rid of the droopy skin in my upper lids), and a facelift (to get rid of my jowls, double chin, and the loose wrinkly skin on my neck). I didn't have a lot of fat under my chin but my saliva glands were disproportionately large in comparison to my face. They hung lower than my jawline, making it look like a double chin. Some years before my facelift, I tried Kybella injections to get rid of the unsightly bulge, with no avail. Dr Thompson was able to shave off the bottom portion of the glands creating a much more defined contoured appearance between my jawline and neck. Another thing I'm happy about is that I no longer have to spend tons of money on lash extensions and time getting creative with eyeshadow to hide the droopiness that made me look tired all of the time. Now, my eyes look awake and full of life (like they did when I was young). My forehead reduction is something I wanted since high school and it helps so much. I don't look like I have a receding hairline anymore. I am forever grateful and couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Thompson has an artistic talent that literally erased more than 20 years off of my appearance. I'm turning 50 this month and everyone I've met since my surgery all say they thought I was in my mid-thirties. Even my dermatologist was impressed at how well my scars are hidden and are barely noticeable. He said he wouldn't have even noticed them if I hadn't pointed them out. He said he's pretty impressed. The complementary Botox, Hydro-facial, and Diamond Glow facial that came as an unexpected perk (following the facelift) is a good plus too. I've already taken advantage of them and my skin feels amazing. I want to give all the staff at Utah Facial Plastics a friendly shoutout too because they've all been so good to me and I appreciate everything they've done to help make things as smooth and painless as possible. If you're looking for an experienced surgeon for your neck and/face, no need to look any further.

Her job is highly visible on camera so she's been to a lot of places and highly recommended UFP. UFP does everything from facials, chemical peels, Botox, fillers all the way to surgical options for face, nose, neck, and ear. I've been here a few times to look refreshed and results look natural. Nothing extensive. For those thinking about getting this done...Botox is not a moral failing and Alfie is good. For this visit I originally planned to do a hydra facial but it was double booked so I opted to try dermablade. Really enjoyed the dermablade facial. They shave away all the dead skin off, do a nice facial, and then apply tinted moisturizer. Expect some tingling but overall painless. It's a nice glow up and would get this again.

Although I wasn't sure what to expect, I ended up having a relaxing time. My esthetician was really sweet and gave me some skin care tips throughout the process. She performed a little bit of microdermabrasion, and it was the most gentle one I've ever had. Afterwards, she even applied some Jane Iredale makeup on me so I could go about my day without a face on haha. I wish this place offered a price list or a menu of some kind to lay out how much you should expect to pay, but I guess it depends on your skin. I got some pretty amazing results - I'd say about 99%! I find a thickish hair here or there, but so unnoticeable! I think taking advantage of their special promos is the way to go - I referred my partner and we both got a credit! I chose to laser my: full legs, Brazilian, abdomen, ariolas, fingers, toes, behind the neck, sideburns, around the brow and uni, upper lip, cheeks, along the jawline, underarms. I saw a few different aestheticians, but once I had an appt with Micah he became my person (I'm one of those people that once I find my person, I only go to them haha). I absolutely loved him - so friendly, professional, and thorough! Lasering is a little spicy, but so worth the minimal pain. When we were getting closer to the final sessions, the spice does get spicier so I took ibuprofen before the appt to minimize the pain. They have little squeeze balls so you can def ask for one - they help lol. I highly recommend laser hair removal. It can be an expense, but overall in the time and money saved from not having to constantly wax or shave - priceless! Also going through terrible pain every month waxing. So if you're able to, go for it! Especially using their frequent special deals ;) and I highly highly recommend Micah!!

She is a very warm and engaging person, and when she suggested PRP treatment for my under eye, I really felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, it's been about three days since getting it, and my undereyes have been completely botched . She overfilled my under eyes to the point where my under eyes are literally bagging down. It looks like I am a grandma, my skin is crepey and stretched out. At this point, I'm gonna need to have a full blepheroplasty to correct it. I literally look in the mirror throughout the day and just start crying because it's so devastating the way that my face was botched. Just awful sagging skin under my eyes that I never had prior to the appointment. I am devastated that I allowed her to touch my face. Please be so so careful when scheduling with these guys, they ruined my face and might do the same to you. Edit: Update: I did quite a bit of research in some skin care groups, and the general consensus is, if the plasma is injected too superficially, it causes bagging of the skin on top and stretching of the skin on top, I think that is what happened in my case. Several people have reported that getting PRF/PRP done too superficially has also contributed to their eyebags. I have been using snail mucin to try and tighten up my skin, but this is definitely not a procedure I would ever get done again.

Derrick did my procedure and he was a real pro. I felt that he and everyone involved in the actual procedure were really interested in me getting what I wanted. In fact everyone from the desk staff to nurses to massage therapists have been great. You're pretty relaxed by the time the procedure starts and while it's not painless, the recovery has been much easier than experiences I've had with major cosmetic surgeries. On top of all that, I'm extremely happy with my results.

I did feel that he missed a little bit, he understood my concern and I was told that it would cost a few hundred dollars to fix. My experience at BelleSculpt was not so pleasant. The first interaction I had with the doctor, I explained how much this affected my self-confidence and impacted my daily life so negatively. I was met with a very detached 'I'll do what I can'. Which still really bothers me. Why is it that plastic surgeons get away with statements like this? How are they even professionals at their job if they still can't effectively do, literally, their only job? I got my inner thighs and lower abdomen done. They marked me up and took me back, they claimed to have numbed me, but this was one of the MOST PAINFUL experiences of my life. I was constantly writhing in pain. The doc acted like it was such an annoying inconvenience for HER. I WAS IN HORRIBLE PAIN!! On top of that listening to the doctor and assistants talking so unprofessionally made me uncomfortable. She was complaining about how little BelleSculpt was charging clients, how underpaid she was despite being SO much better than the other surgeons there, the assistants were also saying how underpaid/underappreciated they felt, just complaining and complaining - the whole time. They finished up and I went home. Again, this was not my 1st rodeo, I know how important follow-up care is, I did EVERYTHING they instructed me to do. However, a couple weeks later I noticed 1 my inner thighs were kinda uneven and there seemed to be quite a bit left behind. 2 there was a very unsightly divot above my lower abdomen. I called and brought up these concerns and they tried to blame me saying that I must have not been wearing the garments or was doing something wrong. Nope. They said I wasn't going to be able to meet with the doc again until my 90 day follow up. They did offer 2 lymphatic massages. The Masseuse was probably the only genuinely pleasant person I delt with. She agreed that this was not any kind of shifting or separating, this was not my fault. They were still unwilling to offer any help until I met with the doc again. When I finally met with the doc, she had an almost hostile attitude. I told her that I was disappointed with my thighs, how I had mentioned my concern and entire reason for lipo was that they were rubbing together and that they were still doing so. She IMMEDIATELY became defensive and said, "we only guarantee 2-5 inches we never promised that they wouldn't be touching anymore". OK, rude. I didn't know the 2-5 in thing, at no point was I made aware of that policy, I guess I was just supposed to know, my bad I guess. The snarky attitude was just unnecessary though. Then I brought up the divot across my midsection, she tried to come up with some excuse and say that I should have gotten my upper abdomen done - even though it wouldn't have been hanging over had it not been for this divot. I had had enough, I said to her, " you were only supposed to work on my lower abdomen, if you did only take fat out of my lower abdomen, then why is it that this area is so much deeper than the area that you worked on!?" She had no answer. She just said she would talk with staff. Later I got a text from BelleSculpt saying that this was a common occurrence and they could fix it for a $1,000 room fee. Oh ok, now it's a common thing and not all my fault, interesting. Also, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! Is there going to be a hot shirtless bartender serving me bottomless margaritas? YOU RUINED MY BODY! Why is it costing me $1000 to fix? I feel like they just made up a price that seemed low enough to sound semi reasonable but high enough to be hard to pay so that they might be able to get out of it. I still haven't been able to get it fixed. I think my self-confidence might actually be worse than before. I hate my tummy, it looks horrible. Their ad says "results are guaranteed". lol, I guess they never said what kind of results.
