We checked our ticket balance and it hadn't registered any of the tickets from the coin drop. I went to a worker there who told us since we had no "proof" of that many tickets that she couldn't justify giving us the full amount. She only gave us a partial credit (way less than half of what we were owed). Who knew we needed to record ourselves winning so many tickets to "prove" we weren't liars?! We still had money left on our arcade card and had been planning to order dinner there, but the whole experience soured us from patronizing them any further and we left. We aren't sure we will return to spend the rest of our credit on the arcade card, or redeem tickets we had accrued (minus a few hundred). It was just very disrespectful.
