JCPenney or "Penney's" as I recall from my childhood still has a good selection of merchandise in every category or department. They seem to have a clearance section in every department which has deals up to 70% off. It is nice to go to brick and mortar stores to actually see the merchandise and put your hands on it. Actually walking around and shopping seems to be more rewarding than sitting on your couch or in front of your computer and shopping online.

Everytime I just say forget it and turn around. They talk to you like you are a child and that you are inconveniencing them. When I get in the room i'm not even excited about the things i've chose because of the encounter. Unfortunately this has happened to other people I have been with as well. We were EXTREMELY disappointed with Dunhill in Merrillville, Indiana. We had used them several…read moretimes in the past at the Highland Indianapolis Blvd. Location. We were more than satisfied with service, expertise, tailoring and professionalism at the Highland In location. At the Merrillville store I do not believe they have a clue as to what they are doing. The Groom, who is 6'8" and a big man as well as Father of the bride who is 5'11" and also a big man were ( I can't even say fitted) given tuxedos that fit TERRIBLY. They were not tailored at all, the necks of the shirts were huge. It made them look unkempt and terrible. The grooms pants were too short, it was not fitted and not pressed well. The Father of the Bride, his pants with adjustable sides and no belt loops for a belt were also not tailored or pressed well. If they knew what they were doing they would have given him suspenders. Instead, during pre wedding pictures and right before service he tried to adjust trousers as to not have them fall while walking daughter down aisle only to have the cheap adjustment buckle break right before. While running to try to find a sew kit or pins we found one safety pin and 2 binder clips. They didn't work to keep pants up. He basically was holding his trousers up with his elbow and arm as they rose the 5 steps and down the aisle. After the service one of the groomsmen offered his suspenders. They were graciously accepted. We were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed they allowed this to happen and even worse they still charged $170.00 per tuxedo. NEVER AGAIN.NEVER. I believe if people only had the option of renting from them or going to Goodwill, people CHOOSE GOODWILL!

I had not been here in a while and wanted to check them out again. They did not have a lot of employees the time that I was there.
