The cashier checked me out, but before I walked away, the manager came over and said that those rugs will be going on sale on Monday and he would fix the price for me. So he did a quick return and then changed the price and checked me out again, which gave me like a $20 refund. He didn't have to do that. That was some exceptional customer service! I will definitely remember to go back to JCPenney the next time I need something for my home.
