They had a large cache of tools to use while I made my repair in the parking lot. After I diagnosed the ultimate problem, the manager and I were on the same page about the proper repair. The car "threw a sparks plug" from a stripped port and destroyed the coil pack. The port needed a thread repair. I was leery to use a heli-coil without being in a proper setting with proper thorough failsafes. After thinking it over for a bit, I took his advice as I was 2 hours from my house and 5 hours from my destination. The fix worked perfectly and I made it to my destination safely. THANK YOU!

No one was answering the phones, I submitted 3 phone appointments with no phone calls, and sent a request to Zales online with no response for over a month! When we FINALLY reached someone at another open store they were able to get corporate to contact the store. Ends up someone has been there but they aren't taking calls or appointments.
