Purchasing a vehicle doesn't stop when you drive of off in your new ride. Following through with a sale doesn't end when your customer drives off of the lot. My brother Scott purchased a truck from Tom Boland Ford in Sept. 2014. Skip forward ahead to July 2015. My brother Scott passed away unexpectedly. Along with many other things, Scotts wife Courtney was left with an extra vehicle payment that she just couldn't afford by herself. She called the dealership and filled them in on what happened and explained her situation. She asked what they would offer her for her to sell the truck back to them. They gave her an embarrassing offer. She decided to go ahead and trade it in to another dealership. When she called Boland back to ask them simple questions about how this process works, they would never return her call or they would hang up on her. Most recently, was yesterday. She called and got a hold of some lady. Courtney simply asked her what steps needed to be taken to get this process going. The lady hung up on her. Courtney called her back. The lady said if Courtney is going to go to a different dealership, "They can help you!" I am completely baffled by the poor customer service. To me, it seems like this dealerships only concern is to get vehicles out of the door. I work in sales myself. I personally find this kind of behavior embarrassing. Fortunately, Courtney is working with an amazing dealership that gave her a generous offer on her trade. They have answered all of her questions and picked up the slack for Tom Bolands poor excuse for a dealership.

As an example of their service, recently the 30+ year old system in our home failed in the middle of the 94-98-degree heatwave. Called Peters and they looked at everything and presented us with options, essentially patch the old system or replace part or all of it. We opted for a full replacement. They scheduled an install crew for the next day as they had the needed components in stock. The next day the crew arrived at 7:30 am and by 3:00 pm they were headed out the door and we had nice cool air running! We've heard horror stories from several friends who have had terrible experiences with other local HVAC outfits, and while we don't like to see friends have bad luck, it sure makes us appreciate Peters all the more! The other upside to Peters is they're Carrier dealers. In our experience their is simply no equal to Carrier. Quiet, reliable, and fairly priced.

As i have never worn this brand she advised me to go with a 7 she said they will stretch out so much so not to go the half size larger. I wore them for 2 days and my toes were hurting so bad I took them back in and told the manager what had happened. She said since I wore them outside she cannot resell them. I asked her to send them back to New Balance since it was the clerk that advised me to go a smaller size than what I asked for. She said no and that she does not know which clerk sold me the shoes but she will talk to her. I said you will know if you look at my receipt. The manager was too busy looking at her phone to get up off her big lazy butt and just told me no she cannot take the shoes back since she cannot resell them. Just saying. So the sales clerk got a 2 pair of shoes commission and I don't have a new walking shoe!
