I'm a decades long LB shopper and obviously then love the clothes, so this review is more about the service level in the Redding store. I eyed a few items that were in the wrong size and before I could ask, Lonnie offered to look the items up online, and had them shipped to my home. He also offered style advice (as did the other Associate whose name I did not get), on a sweater I wasn't sure about due to the length. Lonnie gave me some style suggestions on how to wear it, and it went home with me. Great, personable, 1:1 service. The prices don't match with the quality of the clothing. The carpet and condition of the store is disgusting. I am shocked people don't get sick from the mold that has to be in the carpet. Like I literally am just looking at her whole bra while talking to her. Wire and cups fully exposed. Everything. It was so strange, and made me really uncomfortable. I have seen some prettyyyy inappropriate outfits from the workers here that I wouldn't even wear to the beach But this one was like totally beyond anything I have ever seen! She was just so exposed. When they see you holding stuff they approach you. Your name gets put on the fitting room Door. They take your clothes to be tried on in the room for you and set them up oh so neatly awaiting you to try them on. Trying clothes on is the worst. You get hot. You get sweaty. Then you get frustrated and end up leaving. Not at Torrid. Nope. Built in rotating fans in each fitting room. That you have the control dial to its speed and where it points. Can you say HEAVEN!! And when you like an item but need to try another size. But you know dang well Once you get dressed your not coming back to the fitting room again. Heck no. But no worries at Torrid. Nope. They check on you and get you any different sizes and/or items as you need anything while your inside the fitting room. The staff is AMAZE BALLS. The Redding store is my FAV. They know the regulars by name and shopping often turns into fun with friends it feels like. Never a depressing sad experience like I always used to have. Prices are up there but the clothes last FOREVER! High quality and high fashion and it's well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Samantha and Kaitlyn were so helpful and supportive as I shopped. I was able to find some cute jeans, a shirt and sweaters, they were great quality and good prices. I applied for a credit card and received a discount for using my new card. I will definitely go back and have Samantha help me shop again. Maurice's just replaced my shopping at Kohl's.

And Abby who works in Maurice was like an angel that really help find 3 pairs of pants that were totally just rite and a super cute shirt, and she was so sweet and also hooked me up with their credit card that gave me 40% off all the stuff I bought. Abby is the girl if your having a tough time finding your size and style and I hope she gets a huge Christmas bonus.
