Theres also several lesser known wineries to explore. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area. I came away with a few new treasures.

I didn't really find a wine I would like a whole bottle of here. Boone Country White (Semi-Sweet White) - Their most popular wine was good, but a little too sweet for my preference. Peach Hollow (Sweet White) - Has a nice peachy flavor, but I couldn't drink a lot of this. The wine tasting associate was noticeable frustrated that the spout on the bottles kept clogging up and she has to remove the spout for half the pours. There were visible sediment in the wine glass from the wine, which may have been source of the clogging. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2025

Earlier this month I ordered from their website and selected delivery. After 5 hours and no emails, texts or calls I called the store. They told me they do not deliver? I told them they do because I have ordered delivery in the past. After being put on hold a couple of times they said they would send it right away. Today I stopped to pickup some Labatts Blue beer. The store is a shambles because they are putting in refrigeration units so 1/2 of the store is blocked off. This has been going on at least a couple of months. The aisles are not wide enough for a cart. I asked at the registers for Labatts and after spelling it 4 times they brought out a couple of new guys who googled it and told me they don't carry it. Their website plainly shows it "in stock". I buy it there all the time. I used to love this place but I am fed up. If they can't train new staff I'm out. Oh - and they sent me an email asking about my delivery experience, when I clicked I had a problem button it opened up my email prefilled with the address. The server is not accepting messages. It finally failed after 4 days of trying.

Meanwhile, several people who ordered after us received their food long before we did. It honestly seemed like our order may have been lost, but instead of being upfront and apologizing, we were repeatedly told "5 more minutes" over and over again. On top of that, I asked the employee at the register if they had any nonalcoholic wine or drinks available, and the response I got was basically "I don't know, I don't think so," without even attempting to check or ask someone else. After waiting that long, our food finally arrived cold, which made the experience even more disappointing. Especially on Mother's Day, when families are coming out to celebrate, we expected much better customer service and communication.
