He answered my questions I felt dumb asking and said lots of people had the same questions. So diplomatic and friendly. We rarely drink but when we shop this is where we go. They also have everything else a person could want from mini bottles ($0.99) to $$$ wines and liquors. Always have the best service here. Always greeted, asked if we need help finding anything (there is A LOT so this makes sense to be asked by everyone. Called into the store to see if a certain item was in stock. Employee immediately had an attitude when answering the phone. When i asked if a certain bottle was in stock he said he can't tell me and that i have to come into the store and look for myself and then hung up.The total wine is a little bit of a drive for me so i wanted to see if there were any left before going. The website said it may be available in store and to contact store. I've called a couple times in past and never had this issue. This employee needs to be put in check. Not sure if he was just having a bad day and taking out on customers or was hiding the bottles for people he knows. Unacceptable behavior from employee. read more

My school got a gift from PTO for a wine tasting. We did the tour of Italy and it was nice. The instructor was very friendly and funny. He knew a lot about the different regions in Italy and the wine we were tasting. I really liked that we got a little booklet to take notes in about all the various wines we were trying. I also really liked the map of all the different regions in Italy the wine came from. The tasting went quickly and did not take up the whole 2 hours. I was not a fan of most of the wines we tried so that was a bummer but it was still fun. read more

Maybe it's new store issues but several shopping carts have used taste tester cups in them, I had to pull out 4 carts to find one that didn't. Went in for 3 different things and they didn't have any of them. There were only 2 lanes open with 6/7 people in both lanes. Cashier was rude, or just stressed, but she wasn't friendly at all. read more
