We had a large family of 10 that came to Maui for an all-day tour around the island. Jeff was an amazing, patient, detail-oriented tour guide that was able to describe the history, lifestyle, and food special to Hawaii, and ensured we were truly immersed in the culture. We highly recommend working with Maui Town Cars. read more

We had such an amazing time during our stay, and we were so grateful to have a driver as dedicated, and professional as Jeff. Throughout the whole trip, he graciously would adjust to any changes or requests, and was always at the hotel ready to go the moment we walked downstairs. Jeff had taken us to some of the most beautiful sights, from ocean views atop of the mountains, to even visiting the sea turtle sanctuary. Thank you Maui Town Car, and thank you so much for everything Jeff! read more

I've gotten multiple rides from the airport from Maui town car and they've been great. Drivers are always prompt and friendly... happy to load my luggage and hold the door, offer cold water, mints, music preferences, etc. Felt safe and comfortable during the ride. Would highly recommend! read more

Jeff was just amazing and so professional during our trip in Maui. He was always on time and very knowledgable. We had an incident where another driver was harassing him while being parked in a handicap spot. My son and I did a private "Ride to Hana" tour with driver Stephen Eberle. He was amazing. He promptly picked us up at our hotel in the morning and quickly gave us some informative history of the island. While originally from Seattle, he's now a "local" having been in Hawaii for 25 years. He was super professional, patient with our questions, and very considerate with what we needed --- stopping for coffee or banana bread, Take the tour to Hana and ask for Stephen. read more

On time, helpful with bags and a driver who remembered is from a year ago. Tony was great.

We had the most amazing day EVER with Kevin! We wanted to see nature and experience the beauty and history of the island. Do you know what Aloha truly mean? How about Ohana? How about the importance of the Iao Valley? Or maybe you want to do Road to Hana but without the scary drive or a 10 hour tour? You MUST go meet Kevin!!! Fun for all ages. You will be so happy you did! Aloha! read more

We booked a Holhol Tour, that is, a drive around the island for 4 hours. Our group consisted of 5 seniors all over 70 years of age. Our driver/guide, Steve, was very accommodating to the special needs of my husband's wheelchair. He also provided a custom tour of the sights requested by our group. He answered questions and knew the area. Delightful lunch stop in Paia ended our perfect day. I highly recommend Steve & Co. read more

Kevin is one of the best tour guides I've ever worked with in all my years of travel. He took our party of 11 through several off-the-beaten-path stops that we would have NEVER seen otherwise. In fact, I've been to Maui almost 20 times the last dozen years, and everything we saw and heard about were new to me and everyone in our party. Additionally, all along the way, Kevin shared his knowledge of Maui in the way that only a GREAT storyteller can. I learned a great deal in a very short period of time. In short, our time with Kevin and Maui Town Car was truly unforgettable! I HIGHLY recommend them!! read more

If you're considering driving or hiring a driver for ROAD TO HANA. First, don't drive it! Not worth it, just trust me! Hire this company for a tour or in general! The owner, Joe, is a genuinely nice guy and booked me with a driver, Kevin in an Escalade ESV (big one). Let me just say, ask for Kevin! He is also an Amazing guy. He is genuine, very informative of the whole island!!!, and was a true pleasure to spend 12 hours with! We originally asked for a full Road to Hana tour, not realizing you'll basically sit in a car for 4-6 hours and then spend at least 4 hours to drive back. So, we followed Kevin's suggestion to do the first 10-12 miles of the total 40 miles, seeing many parts of nature to get our Hana fix before heading to local towns, beaches, and enjoy other incredible views from a top of a volcano. We even had lunch at a very local small restaurant that had a big menu with incredible food! And again, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Finally, I did shop around a little, and they do have competitive pricing! They are fair. Highly recommended for any of your driving needs! Don't forget to ask for Kevin! read more

I used Maui Town Car for my transfer from Kahului Airport (OGG) to and from the Ka'anapali area of Maui earlier this month. The driver assigned to my trip was Stephen, and I couldn't have asked for a better driver, or a more pleasant experience. The car was a beautiful Cadillac town car, new and shiny inside and out, and I can't say enough good things about my driver, Stephen. Not only was he an excellent driver, but we had a great conversation to, and from, OGG as I requested him for the return trip. I would definitely recommend Maui Town Car for anyone going to Maui. The ride and experience were well worth the cost. read more

We used Maui Town Car last week for all of our transportation while we were vacationing in Maui. We had a family of 8 adults and 6 kids (5-12 years old). My company was traveling to Maui for a business incentive trip, so we needed to impress. I also was ready to break away from using the big green bus company we usually use in Hawaii. After some yelp research I ended up emailing a handful of "smaller" companies and Joe at Maui Town car CAME THROUGH FAST. He has been so so easy to work with and has managed all of our last minute requests with a smile and a "No problem". I had the pleasure of utilizing this company for my return trip. I rode with Jeff and WOW what a great human. He was so nice, caring and just overall a good person, before I knew it we were at the airport for what felt like a 15 minute ride. I totally recommend this company for anyone who wants higher end cars and that true concierge service. 10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND. read more

Booked an airport pickup on short notice-including flowered lei and welcome sign. Next day was notified trip cancelled. Our driver was Forest, he was very friendly and very helpful. Gave us information on the island and pointed out points of interest.

Perfect service. From the detailed phone call booking, friendly/compassionate service and beautiful car. Very accommodating, early to the pick up time and stayed late for my wedding start time delay. Janet was phenomenal. Comfortable ride with spacious seats, perfect temperature within the car, very clean car inside/out and even stopped to accommodate restrooms. Eased me into my wedding day, thank you so much. I would suggest and recommend to anyone! Pricing is perfect for services rendered and you get a nicer, classier car than the average town car service. Thank you Janet! read more

Professional, reliable, and patient. They did a great job on our airport transfer despite a hiccup involving a brush fire road closure.

The car service to our resort was perfect! My boyfriend and I were met by Collin, our driver, immediately upon grabbing our luggage. Collin couldn't have been any better at communicating, perfect! We liked him so much that we requested him for our ride back to the airport. Our ride was impeccably clean and smooth. Thank you! read more

Owner ripped us off. He canceled my pre-paid transportation back from the hotel to the airport. He also refused to refund me. I've had to dispute charges with my credit card company. It's one thing to cancel, which I understand considering the situation, but not to refund for services not provided is just wrong. Horrible person. Stay away from this company! I have attached screen shots from my text messages with him. UPDATE AFTER HIS COMMENTS; I did not leave earlier then the scheduled day. Get your lies right bud. Also, you wouldn't refund me $385.00, not $200.00. Pretty pathetic you would use a crisis to rip people off. Next time be careful what you message customers. You lack of class and integrity shows clearly in your response. read more
