I wanted to update my review since we had such a different experience than the one I had my first trip. Our driver this time, Brandon was awesome and the shuttle was a nice, comfortable Mercedes. Seemed like a whole new company! If that had been my only experience it would be a 5 star review. Glad to see they took it up a notch and hired a great driver! read more

Can I review with MORE than 5 stars ? How about 15 stars ?! I can't say enough about Mark & his crew ! They came to me when I needed them the most. Had a 150 person wedding and all the transportation fell apart at the last minute and Mark was a GENIUS and helped me out ABOVE & BEYOND ! They were more than I could even ask for and were on punctual, kind, polite and even offered to help out - more than I could even ask for. They were gracious about our ever changing schedules. Mark was amazing! He gave us a fair rate for our transport. We used him for 3 different events for our wedding and he was always on time and professional. He made sure that no one was left behind at the wedding, even going so far as to round up a few stragglers that had had one too many Mai Tais :) He even made a couple extra drop-offs that weren't in our agreement, which was extremely appreciated. I had to make a change and cancel one shuttle a few days in advance and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend. read more
